:03:56. > :04:00.At the local community centre, the developers and officers from

:04:01. > :04:05.Derby City Homes showed people the plans for up to 380 houses `nd some

:04:06. > :04:21.not green space, with good links to transport nearby.

:04:22. > :04:26.The idea is to look at the `rea and create links to the park.

:04:27. > :04:29.The factory was first opened in 1908 and saw the producthon

:04:30. > :04:32.of aero engines for First and Second World War planes.

:04:33. > :04:33.Rolls`Royce cars were also built there.

:04:34. > :04:36.In 1990, it was robotised but ten years later it was dmpty

:04:37. > :04:49.The Marble Hall has been for some time and there is a large whndow at

:04:50. > :04:54.the back of Marble Hall and we tried to make it a feature for thd site to

:04:55. > :04:59.If the developers get plannhng permission, house`building could

:05:00. > :05:05.start in 12 months with a p`rallel plan to preserve the Marble Hall.

:05:06. > :05:17.With your weather, here's Sara Blizzard.

:05:18. > :05:25.It was certainly a warm day today. Not everybody saw the sunshhne. What

:05:26. > :05:30.we we will start to see is cloud increasing further. A small amount

:05:31. > :05:38.of light rain affecting Derbyshire and the peak district area. A warm

:05:39. > :05:41.night. A fair bit of cloud `round first thing tomorrow with a small

:05:42. > :05:46.hint of light rain. But we should see the sun breaking through at

:05:47. > :05:51.times, albeit hazy. Then thd first signs of a band of rain working its

:05:52. > :05:58.way southwards overnight and into the early hours. But in the daytime

:05:59. > :06:02.tomorrow, very warm indeed. A very wet start to the coming weekend as

:06:03. > :06:05.that band of rain works its way eastwards, producing heavy bursts of

:06:06. > :06:08.rain. That is how the weathdr is looking for the weekend. Here

:06:09. > :06:15.outlook for the weekend is quite different.

:06:16. > :06:21.For those of you who haven't already heard, we've recorded our highest

:06:22. > :06:27.temperature so far this year, and that was in Writtle in Essex. It

:06:28. > :06:31.looks highly likely as well that we could see temperatures of a similar

:06:32. > :06:36.value for tomorrow. Anywhere through central London to the east could see

:06:37. > :06:40.highs of 27 to 29 degrees. But that is only one part of the story. The

:06:41. > :06:43.second part of the story is rain moving in as we speak across the far

:06:44. > :06:48.north and west. Some of that rain will turn heavy through the night

:06:49. > :06:51.across Northern Ireland and into western Scotland. I had a bit, cloud

:06:52. > :06:52.with pieces of rain but
