:04:01. > :04:05.base of every suspect whose picture is on the force computer system

:04:06. > :04:09.It can even spot family members with similar facial features.

:04:10. > :04:12.It is amazing to be able to sort through 92,000 images in a latter

:04:13. > :04:17.It will be such a useful tool to officers out on the beat.

:04:18. > :04:19.It could be low level shoplifting to murder scenes.

:04:20. > :04:22.It's not DNA, it's not fingdr prints, it's a suggestion.

:04:23. > :04:26.This person is potentially of interest to your inquiry.

:04:27. > :04:30.They are checking footage from these new body`worn cameras, as wdll

:04:31. > :04:34.The results can't be used as evidence in court

:04:35. > :04:39.but the trial has already identified around 100 suspects.

:04:40. > :04:42.That has potentially saved ts tens of thousands of hours

:04:43. > :04:46.It may well have found individuals who might never have

:04:47. > :04:53.Some people will be worried, won't they, that it is a bit big brother?

:04:54. > :05:02.This is very powerful technology that can track people's livds.

:05:03. > :05:06.It's searching data bases of people who have been arrested and we have

:05:07. > :05:10.It's not searching the data base of anything else.

:05:11. > :05:13.For now, this is just a tri`l but Leicestershire Police think this

:05:14. > :05:16.facial recognition system is more advanced than anywhere else in the

:05:17. > :05:19.world and it's already attr`cting interest from other forces `s far

:05:20. > :05:28.What's believed to be the rdgion's first white`painted ghostbike

:05:29. > :05:32.has been left at a roadside as a tribute to a cyclist who died.
