:00:35. > :00:44.cause of the blaze. Tom Brown reports. The crumpled wreck`ge of a
:00:45. > :00:49.family business. This morning, the damage to this Nottingham clothing
:00:50. > :00:55.factory became clear. Outside the police cordon, some of the family
:00:56. > :01:01.gathered. The business almost burned to the ground. There were 50
:01:02. > :01:06.firefighters here at its hehght A number of buildings had to be
:01:07. > :01:10.evacuated including night shift workers at a nearby supermarket
:01:11. > :01:21.April nearby were told to close doors and windows from the smoke. I
:01:22. > :01:29.was eyelevel with the factory from my window. The flames were `bove
:01:30. > :01:38.that. The business has been run by the family since the early 0980s. I
:01:39. > :01:41.am told the owner is in Indha but will now fly back to Nottingham
:01:42. > :01:51.Once it was made safe, the investigation began. We are unclear
:01:52. > :01:56.at this point if anybody is inside and we are unsure of the
:01:57. > :02:02.circumstances around the incident. It is an ongoing investigathon. For
:02:03. > :02:07.the family, those answers c`nnot come soon enough. A 23`year`old
:02:08. > :02:10.woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a
:02:11. > :02:13.7`year`old girl. Police werd called to a flat in Bestwood Park this
:02:14. > :02:24.morning. Earlier, our reporter Geeta Pendse sent this report frol the
:02:25. > :02:31.scene. Police were called in the early hours of this morning to the
:02:32. > :02:37.property behind me. The 23`xear`old woman has been arrested on suspicion
:02:38. > :02:42.of murder and a 47`year`old man has been arrested on suspicion of
:02:43. > :02:49.assault will stop residents nearby told me what it was like to wake up
:02:50. > :02:54.and find a flurry of police activity along the street. There havd been
:02:55. > :03:02.forensic experts arriving today The man and women who were arrested
:03:03. > :03:07.remain in police custody pending further investigations. The

:03:11. > :03:12.Midlands Ambulance Service has made "significant improvements" `ccording
:03:13. > :03:16.to the NHS Trust Development Authority. Criticism of EMAS over
:03:17. > :03:20.response times, patient card and leadership led to an increase in

:04:14. > :04:24.were resuscitated when they'd asked not to be. Health care bossds in
:04:25. > :04:29.Leicestershire have apologised and say changes are being made. The
:04:30. > :04:37.report makes for difficult reading. The record of 400 people who died
:04:38. > :04:42.were looked at and the results are shocking. 23% of patients rdceived
:04:43. > :04:48.unacceptable career. There were significant lessons to be ldarned

:05:10. > :05:17.emergency and felt alone, unwarranted. There were multiple
:05:18. > :05:22.failings, poor communication between hospitals and GPs, confusion about
:05:23. > :05:31.do not resuscitate orders, delays in getting treatment and peopld not
:05:32. > :05:38.dying where they wanted to. We find unacceptable here unacceptable. We
:05:39. > :05:47.did this study to shine the light on those areas. This man says he will
:05:48. > :05:57.never get over what happened to his wife but he wants the focus to be on
:05:58. > :06:00.patients and their Kier. Thd Shadow Housing Minister has visited
:06:01. > :06:08.Nottingham and praised the council for its ambitious album programme.

:06:15. > :06:19.city. The local MP toured the site today and said she wanted to see
