:02:07. > :02:10.Today as more people who lived nearby learned of her death
:02:11. > :02:18.I passed there taking my kids to school every day
:02:19. > :02:20.and to not know that somethhng like that is going on.
:02:21. > :02:31.My neighbour came and knockdd on the door and told me abott it.
:02:32. > :02:37.It is quite a shock to the local community.
:02:38. > :02:40.Nobody likes to hear of the death of a child, any child in fahrness.

:02:43. > :02:49.It's quite devastating to local people.
:02:50. > :02:54.Well, the 23`year`old woman who was arrested yesterday on suspicion
:02:55. > :02:56.of murder has been named locally and she's thought to be
:02:57. > :03:03.People I've spoken to said she was living for around three years
:03:04. > :03:07.and they describe her and the young girl as very puiet,
:03:08. > :03:10.they kept themselves to thelselves and they rarely saw them.
:03:11. > :03:15.A 47`year`old man was arrested yesterday on suspicion
:03:16. > :03:18.of assault has now been arrdsted on suspicion of murder.
:03:19. > :03:29.Both he and the 23`year`old woman are being held in custody
:03:30. > :03:37.Compared to yesterday, the visible police presence on this road has
:03:38. > :03:41.been scaled down considerably. But clearly the death of this
:03:42. > :03:47.seven`year`old girl has unsdttled the community here. An overwhelming

:05:01. > :05:07.she went in with a bowel obstruction and she had surgery which worked. A

:05:15. > :05:19.waist away. Pam made a form`l complaint. She has now had `
:05:20. > :05:26.response at omitting parts of her mother's care were not up to
