:01:11. > :01:17.We are absolutely delighted that the Cardinal is coming to preach here in

:01:18. > :01:24.the cathedral. There was no churching in King Richard's day

:01:25. > :01:32.Next year will be 530 years since his death. We celebrate Mass for our

:01:33. > :01:36.departed brothers and sisters. We will give thanks to all might God

:01:37. > :01:38.for the gift of his life. The authorities say next year's

:01:39. > :01:43.ceremonies will be special services, but should not be thought of as a

:01:44. > :01:47.state funeral. It is neither a state or a funeral. The funeral took place

:01:48. > :01:55.500 years ago. That is something that cannot be repeated. Thhs is not

:01:56. > :02:04.a funeral. It's a reinterment. Work is underway as they prepare for a

:02:05. > :02:14.week of special services to mark the internment.

:02:15. > :02:19.Four people are still being questioned by police over a firearms

:02:36. > :02:38.daughter's footsteps to raise money Philippa Holmes died from an

:02:39. > :02:41.undiagnosed heart problem, now John Holmes plans to trek through part

:02:42. > :02:44.of the Himalayas in her memory. Many people put their feet tp

:02:45. > :02:48.on retiring, but John Holmes, from Derby, has set himself

:02:49. > :02:50.a high altitude challenge. The challenge is to take

:02:51. > :02:53.a trek all the way round thd It's a stretch of just short

:02:54. > :02:57.of 200 miles altogether, My daughter, Philippa,

:02:58. > :03:03.who we lost five years ago, the year before she died it was part

:03:04. > :03:06.of her trip round`the`world. One of the things she wanted

:03:07. > :03:08.to do for many a year. When she came back in the stmmer,

:03:09. > :03:11.she had been travelling for quite a long time after

:03:12. > :03:14.the trek and she said, "dad, that was one of the most enjoyable bits

:03:15. > :03:18.that I did and you could do that ." John is also raising money

:03:19. > :03:21.for charities in Philippa's name. We revived her enough

:03:22. > :03:25.for her to be able to donatd her It's something she would

:03:26. > :03:29.always have wanted. Sadly,

:03:30. > :03:31.it wasn't in time to save hdr life. So I've got a real picture

:03:32. > :03:37.in my mind already of what ht's When I get up to the pass,

:03:38. > :03:40.which I will do, He's due to set

:03:41. > :03:47.off later this month. Simon Hare, BBC East Midlands Today,

:03:48. > :03:49.Derbyshire. The folk of Mickleover were brought

:03:50. > :03:52.together earlier today by stnshine, The inflatable was

:03:53. > :04:04.set up on Kipling Drive. It wasn't quite slidey enough

:04:05. > :04:06.at first, but with washing`tp liquid and extra water pressure

:04:07. > :04:08.things finally got moving. Find more about that on our Facebook

:04:09. > :04:10.page. Now, to the weather for the start

:04:11. > :04:13.of the working week. It's been a fabulous end to

:04:14. > :04:19.the weekend. There's very little in the way

:04:20. > :04:22.of change for the next 24`hours we're staying dry and there will be

:04:23. > :04:25.stacks of that lovely sunshhne We will stay dry,

:04:26. > :04:37.clear skies as well. With those light winds,

:04:38. > :04:39.the temperatures will take A chilly one with lows down to four

:04:40. > :04:43.or five Celsius in rural spots. A little bit of mist

:04:44. > :04:46.and fog forming first thing in the morning as well, but that whll clear

:04:47. > :04:49.out of the way really quite quickly and we're in for a super sunny day

:04:50. > :04:52.tomorrow, just a little bit of fair We will stay dry and sunny

:04:53. > :04:56.into the afternoon and evenhng and with light winds it is going to

:04:57. > :05:13.feel quite pleasant again whth Good evening. It was a lovely end to

:05:14. > :05:16.the weekend for most parts of the United Kingdom, the main exception

:05:17. > :05:20.was the North East of Scotland where it was cold, wet and windy. The low

:05:21. > :05:23.responsible for that is moving away and get this high pressure moving in

:05:24. > :05:26.from the Atlantic. That will stick around pretty much all week and that

:05:27. > :05:30.will deliver some dry weather across pretty much all parts of the United

:05:31. > :05:34.Kingdom. The main headache for us forecasters will be the cloud. We

:05:35. > :05:37.still have windy conditions and quite wet in the North of Scotland

:05:38. > :05:40.but by the end of the night the rain becomes quite like an Apache.

:05:41. > :05:43.Elsewhere, a dry night, if you patches of cloud and fog and many

:05:44. > :05:49.places will be dry with clear spells. It will turn quite chilly,

:05:50. > :05:53.particularly with rural parts of the north and west. It is low enough for

:05:54. > :05:55.just a touch of Frost. Into the morning, still windy across the

:05:56. > :05:58.North of Scotland, still quite cloudy but hardly any rain to speak

:05:59. > :06:01.of, just trips and rads and it should be that bit brighter through

:06:02. > :06:06.the central lowlands. A decent start in Northern Ireland. Mr and fog in

:06:07. > :06:09.the north-west of inland, maybe to the south-east as well but my during

:06:10. > :06:12.and Wales gets off to ladies and start today, with plenty of sunshine

:06:13. > :06:14.and light winds too. I suspect the
