:00:24. > :00:25.at the same time as her fellow competitors, crossing the fhnishing

:00:26. > :00:39.line a little earlier today, where Navtej Johal caught up with her

:00:40. > :00:47.Thousands of runners, if yot're in fancy dress, and plenty of

:00:48. > :00:56.inspirational stories. One `mong them today was running the half

:00:57. > :00:59.marathon to a different rhythm. Eva Sundin was diagnosed with mtltiple

:01:00. > :01:04.sclerosis in 2001. Four years ago she decided that one day shd was

:01:05. > :01:08.going to complete the half larathon. The organisers allowed her to start

:01:09. > :01:13.a week early so that she cotld finish with everyone else. Today her

:01:14. > :01:26.dream was realised. How did that feel? It feels completely unreal. It

:01:27. > :01:31.is just amazing. The 59`year`old psychology lecturer has used her run

:01:32. > :01:34.to raise money for the Notthngham multiple sclerosis therapy centre.

:01:35. > :01:41.Enter a message to others who also suffer from the disease is clear ``

:01:46. > :01:50.happen in life and it can ptll us down `` there are so many wdird and

:01:51. > :01:54.wonderful things. You have to stop and say, what do I want to do?

:01:55. > :01:56.Things will present themselves. A survey suggesting that many Tory

:02:00. > :02:02.election has been dismissed by a The start

:02:03. > :02:05.of the party's annual conference in Birmingham has been shaken by the

:02:06. > :02:08.latest defection of one of hts MPs to UKIP and a minister's resignation

:02:09. > :02:13.over sleaze allegations. Now a poll by

:02:14. > :02:15.BBC One's Sunday Politics rdvealed 61% of Conservative councillors

:02:16. > :02:33.wanted to leave the EU and It is not going to detract from our

:02:34. > :02:38.conference at all. We know that only the Conservative Government can

:02:39. > :02:43.deliver an in` out referendtm on Europe. What kind of sympathy with

:02:44. > :02:50.their bee in your constituency for Mark Reckless and UKIP? `` would

:02:51. > :02:54.bear be? I do not think that there would be much.

:02:55. > :02:56.When Daniel Whittingham was in an explosion in Afghanistan, doctors

:02:57. > :03:00.Well, not only did the soldher from Nottingham fight

:03:01. > :03:03.his way back to fitness, but he went on to win gold at the Invictus

:03:04. > :03:17.Back home in Nottingham and with a gold medal, Daniel Whittingham says

:03:18. > :03:21.that the games where a sens`tion. Bimetal loads of people who would

:03:22. > :03:27.stop you and ask if you werd competing. `` I met loads of people.

:03:28. > :03:33.Yet, just five years ago whhle serving in Afghanistan, Danhel's

:03:34. > :03:38.vehicle hit a bomb. He brokd his pelvis, legs and back. Defyhng

:03:39. > :03:46.doctors, he walked again. Hd became one of 400 competitors, all injured

:03:47. > :03:54.in service, to compete in the Invictus Games. His rugby tdam won

:03:55. > :03:58.gold for England. On the buzzer the place just went crazy. I have never

:03:59. > :04:04.heard screaming like it. Thd crowd went mental. We were going round and

:04:05. > :04:10.seeing all of these people standing up. The Chelsea pensioners or even

:04:11. > :04:12.standing up. It was wicked. He hopes to compete again.

:04:13. > :04:14.A loss for Leicester, a slip from the top of the championship

:04:15. > :04:18.Let's check out the weekend's football action.

:04:33. > :04:34.undone by another set piece just a couple of minutes later. Sttart

:04:35. > :04:39.Pearce admitted Nottingham Forest lacked cutting edge as they had to

:04:40. > :04:43.settle for their second goalless draw in a role in the champhonship.

:04:44. > :04:49.The Reds have dropped to second in the table but remain unbeatdn in the

:04:50. > :04:54.league. Two goals from Chris Martin at Bolton made up for an earlier

:04:55. > :05:06.penalty miss from the strikdr. They moved to six in the championship.

:05:07. > :05:11.Notts County took the lead `t Chesterfield but in the end they had

:05:12. > :05:19.to settle for a draw, the fourth in a row. It was 3`3 the final score

:05:20. > :05:21.between Stevenage and Mansfheld town.

:05:22. > :05:26.Let's check your weather now for tonight and the start of thd week

:05:27. > :05:37.I hope you made the most of the dry and bright weather today, as there

:05:38. > :05:40.is some rain tomorrow. The cloud will trap the heat in to make it a

:05:41. > :05:43.mild night. Lows of 14 or 14 Celsius. On Monday there is a lot of

:05:44. > :05:48.cloud around and there will be some showers dotted around. The clump up

:05:49. > :05:54.together to form some persistent rainfall, not a very persistent sori

:05:55. > :05:57.`` not a very good story to tell on Tuesday. Thankfully it improves on

:05:58. > :05:58.Wednesday. Back a little later than ustal, just

:05:59. > :06:14.after 10:20pm tonight. Good evening. For many, September

:06:15. > :06:21.2014 will probably hold fond memories. A warm and dry month.

:06:22. > :06:24.Today we had a high of 25 Celsius, 77 Fahrenheit in Kew Gardens to the

:06:25. > :06:30.west of London, way above the average for this time of year.

:06:31. > :06:34.Through the night tonight relatively quiet conditions, with clearer skies

:06:35. > :06:38.in the south. I want to draw your attention to these showers in

:06:39. > :06:45.southern Spain and across the Pyrenees. Moist air may trigger

:06:46. > :06:55.showers over channel coasts by dawn. We could have an issue with dense

:06:56. > :06:59.fog patches in central and southern areas first A foggy start. Showers

:07:00. > :07:04.in the south. These are drift north and east throughout the day. As with

:07:05. > :07:05.the nature of showers, some places will escape them and stay
