:01:06. > :01:08.I think there are other people, youth workers, educators,
:01:09. > :01:10.social workers, who will be more acceptable to parts
:01:11. > :01:19.Relaunch this, we've got to move people away from radicalisation,
:01:20. > :01:23.Muslim groups are involved in some elements of the Prevent programme.
:01:24. > :01:25.In Derby they are helping women who have been targeted
:01:26. > :01:30.And these people, they want us to blow everybody up...
:01:31. > :01:33.While mosques in Leicester sent out these booklets to help stop
:01:34. > :01:36.And today the local Chief Constable said concerns
:01:37. > :01:39.about Prevent are "hysterical", and repeated this example of how
:01:40. > :01:45.A teenage lad who was thinking of going to Syria, people around
:01:46. > :01:50.were concerned about that, so mentoring was put around him.
:01:51. > :01:53.And he has not gone to Syria, and his performance at school
:01:54. > :01:57.That's what Prevent is about, it's about safeguarding people.
:01:58. > :01:59.The Prevent programme's dealing with the threat
:02:00. > :02:03.from violent far right groups, as well as Islamist extremists.
:02:04. > :02:06.The challenge, achieving that without making
:02:07. > :02:11.law-abiding communities feel they are being targeted, too.
