:01:07. > :01:12.say they've lost everything after their home in Italy
:01:13. > :01:17.was buried snow. Peter Fletcher and his partner Clair
:01:18. > :01:19.passed a terrifying few days in the recent heavy snowfalls
:01:20. > :01:21.and earthquakes that convulsed They were living close to the hotel
:01:22. > :01:41.that was buried in an avalanche Trapped for four days as the snow
:01:42. > :01:45.slowly buried their home, Claire and Peter were meant to be starting a
:01:46. > :01:52.new life when they move to Italy, but as the weather got worst their
:01:53. > :01:56.dream house became president, then the earthquake struck. We were
:01:57. > :02:01.petrified, that is probably an understatement. You have got no
:02:02. > :02:06.choice you have to go, you cannot stop. When it is chest height and
:02:07. > :02:10.falling to the snow you can't do it. If we got stuck on the drive no one
:02:11. > :02:14.would have known we were there. If we had made to the road no one would
:02:15. > :02:20.have known we were there. What you do when you're in that situation,
:02:21. > :02:25.where whatever way you tend that could be it? The couple and their
:02:26. > :02:28.13-year-old son were caught in the extreme weather that has devastated
:02:29. > :02:34.the region. A few miles away from their village rescuers have been
:02:35. > :02:41.pulling bodies out as the F quick cause an avalanche. -- as the
:02:42. > :02:47.earthquake caused an avalanche. They know they are lucky to be alive.
:02:48. > :02:51.There were four inches of water in the bedroom coming from somewhere.
:02:52. > :02:55.That was the night before we left the house. Then, we walked up the
:02:56. > :03:00.drive and we saw that the chimney had fallen into the house. The
:03:01. > :03:04.earthquake 's, the water that came from the melted snow. When they came
:03:05. > :03:08.to rescue us from the house they didn't come on the drive. They
:03:09. > :03:14.couldn't get down the drive. We literally had to make our way to the
:03:15. > :03:20.top of the drive. How did you do it? We crawled. Hands and need. We
:03:21. > :03:26.crawled. -- hands and knees. The family put their life savings into
:03:27. > :03:31.the move and I'm not holding out much hope after a traumatic
:03:32. > :03:40.experience. Our family pet got killed, we had animals that got
:03:41. > :03:45.killed. Everything we own is in that house in Italy, we came away in what
:03:46. > :03:49.we were standing up in. Now the family is living with relatives that
:03:50. > :03:53.they try to work out their next move, but they say after the events
:03:54. > :03:58.of the last few weeks they are reluctant to go back. We thought we
:03:59. > :04:01.had bought a piece of paradise and at that particular moment when the
:04:02. > :04:03.earthquake was shaking the house and renewed couldn't get out, that was
:04:04. > :04:05.our worst nightmare. A woman's been found guilty
:04:06. > :04:09.of the manslaughter of her seven Chaunfang Zheng had been accused
:04:10. > :04:12.of violently shaking She died in hospital
:04:13. > :04:15.three days later. Our reporter Giles Taylor
:04:16. > :04:25.can tell us more. Well, the trial at Leicester's
:04:26. > :04:29.Crown Court followed a two year investigation
:04:30. > :04:30.by Leicestershire Police - to determine just what
:04:31. > :04:32.happened to Phoebe. It all took place on
:04:33. > :04:35.the 22nd of March 2015, at a flat on Linden
:04:36. > :04:40.Drive in Lutterworth. 31-year-old Chaunfang Zheng
:04:41. > :04:42.was babysitting 4 children, The baby fell unconscious, and died
:04:43. > :04:48.in hospital three days later. Leicester Crown Court was told
:04:49. > :04:51.the baby had suffered a catastrophic and fatal brain injury,
:04:52. > :04:53.which could only have been But Zheng denied harming
:04:54. > :04:56.the baby, saying she treated her like her own child,
:04:57. > :05:02.and even tried to resuscitate her. The jury wasn't convinced,
:05:03. > :05:04.and following almost a week of deliberations this morning
:05:05. > :05:06.they unanimously found Today the NSPCC has described
:05:07. > :05:14.the incident as a horrific attack on a defenceless child by someone
:05:15. > :05:18.trusted to look after her. Zheng has been remanded
:05:19. > :05:20.in custody, and will be back in court next month
:05:21. > :05:23.when the judge has warned she is likely to face a long
:05:24. > :05:37.custodial sentence. If you love football, I think you

:07:48. > :07:50.effectiveness and with the trained professionals that are in the NHS.

:07:53. > :07:55.they can move the pain management service to places like GP
:07:56. > :08:02.surgeries without affecting the standard of care.
:08:03. > :08:08.The man known as the clinical lead at the clinical commissioning group
:08:09. > :08:15.told us the hospital was raising the cost of services like the pain
:08:16. > :08:20.clinic and it could not be afforded any more. I can't hide from the fact
:08:21. > :08:24.that price is part of this, it is important that we are aware we are
:08:25. > :08:28.working in a financially challenging environment. There is not enough
:08:29. > :08:32.money for us to carry on spending at the rate we're spending. You said
:08:33. > :08:37.the service might be cheaper, but how can it be better if that is so?
:08:38. > :08:43.The service could be better in lots of different ways, when we took
:08:44. > :08:48.about value, I include patient experience and the outcomes that
:08:49. > :08:55.patients can get a minute that patients' experiences better when
:08:56. > :09:01.these things are delivered in the community. Patients we have spoken
:09:02. > :09:06.to the it will be a worse service. I can understand that fear and I
:09:07. > :09:12.strongly believe that we can improve the service. We are expecting the
:09:13. > :09:16.same level of staff, consultants, and therapists to be involved. The
:09:17. > :09:17.main difference will be the geography about where it will be
:09:18. > :09:20.provided. A former clergyman who was the first
:09:21. > :09:23.in the Church of England to marry his same-sex partner

:11:30. > :11:35.they want to change anything. I can't fault them for not wanting to
:11:36. > :11:45.change a tradition. In the past he has been refused to work as a
:11:46. > :11:49.hospital chaplain, he now works as a civil servant and chairs charity
:11:50. > :11:54.campaigning for a more inclusive Church. With the lesbian and Gay
:11:55. > :12:01.Christian movement he plans to campaign for change. I want to see
