:01:09. > :01:17.They should give them a pay rise that would help to benefit.

:01:25. > :01:27.as there is IN other part of the country.
:01:28. > :01:31.If you work it out it's not a fat lot each year.
:01:32. > :01:39.And I think with Brexit it will only get worse.

:01:48. > :01:51.seen employers trying to recoup this additional cost.
:01:52. > :01:54.They have done that by trying to reduce shift premiums,
:01:55. > :01:55.overtime rates and taking away paid breaks.
:01:56. > :01:58.This has meant that people's take-home pay has stayed thd same
:01:59. > :02:03.and those below 25 have seen a reduction in that pay.
:02:04. > :02:11.Staff are the most important asset to employers and a new national
:02:12. > :02:13.living wage was unexpected as a policy announcement but as any
:02:14. > :02:16.responsible employer would do they are looking at the whole thing
