:00:47. > :00:53.Across the East Midlands, flags were lowered to fly at half-mast at many
:00:54. > :00:55.public buildings, in a show of respect to those caught up in the
:00:56. > :01:00.terror attack at Westminster yesterday. And at a meeting of
:01:01. > :01:08.Leicestershire police, one minute's silence was hurt to honour the dead.
:01:09. > :01:11.The country's security level remains active year, with East Midlands
:01:12. > :01:17.police forces confirming there are no specific threats to the region.
:01:18. > :01:22.Leicestershire's Chief Constable, Simon Cowell, asked the public to
:01:23. > :01:26.help them fight terror. Be vigilant, be calm, let's stick together as
:01:27. > :01:31.communities and work together because this is a pretty hateful
:01:32. > :01:35.agenda and we need to combat that stick together. We have done that in
:01:36. > :01:41.the past and we will do it going ahead. Today, Theresa May said
:01:42. > :01:46.policing would be stepped up protect communities and reassure the public.
:01:47. > :01:52.She said cities across the country would see an increase in police and
:01:53. > :01:56.armed police on the streets. And the East Midlands police operational
:01:57. > :02:00.support unit, which runs aren't policing, says it's reviewing the
:02:01. > :02:03.deployment of all armed officers. Today, the Chief Constable of
:02:04. > :02:08.Nottinghamshire Police warned against revenge attacks. These
:02:09. > :02:11.incidents tend to have an effect whereby one occasion, incidents of
:02:12. > :02:14.hate crime can increase and I want to send a very clear message to
:02:15. > :02:22.anybody considering any of those actions that our response will be
:02:23. > :02:26.very swift. This evening, a time for reflection of Leicester Cathedral.
:02:27. > :02:30.Special prayers were held for those killed and injured and a clear
:02:31. > :02:32.message came from the Bishop to uphold all that is good and
:02:33. > :02:38.challenge all that is wrong. As I said earlier this evening,
:02:39. > :02:40.special prayers were held at Leicester Cathedral to show
:02:41. > :02:43.the city's sympathy for those Shortly after the service finished
:02:44. > :02:46.I spoke to Canon Karen Rooms and asked her what the mood
:02:47. > :02:49.was like among those who attended. The mood was beautiful,
:02:50. > :02:52.it was sombre, there was a sense of lament and naming the reality of
:02:53. > :02:55.what's happened but also of hope. Why did you decide
:02:56. > :02:58.to hold the service? We always pray each evening
:02:59. > :03:01.and we wanted to make this evening's prayers specifically focused
:03:02. > :03:03.on what has happened yesterday and provide a space to people
:03:04. > :03:06.of all faiths and none to come into this iconic
:03:07. > :03:09.building in this holy space in the middle of Leicester and to gather
:03:10. > :03:11.themselves and their feelings with each other and to spend
:03:12. > :03:18.that time together. I suppose it's very obvious,
:03:19. > :03:20.it's a service for all faiths, what sort of message
:03:21. > :03:23.did you want to send I think we wanted a message of hope
:03:24. > :03:31.and solidarity with those who have gone through some difficult times
:03:32. > :03:39.yesterday and support for our emergency services and community
:03:40. > :03:41.leaders, who are trying to build bridges that people can walk
:03:42. > :03:44.across and live together on. And so, we wanted it
:03:45. > :03:49.to be a place of welcome. And the reaction from people
:03:50. > :03:51.that attended tonight? I think they were delighted to be
:03:52. > :03:54.here and to be included and invited into this place and to

:05:30. > :05:31.Elizabeth Didcot said, "I cannot and do not find
:05:32. > :05:33.that the prescription error But I do find that it made
:05:34. > :05:37.a significant contribution." The coroner also said
:05:38. > :05:39.she did not have confidence that the GP practice
