:03:00. > :03:07.This has always really positive for me, being rewarded for

:03:08. > :03:09.what I do, and I'm proud of what I do.

:03:41. > :03:44.Do you think you will be listened to?

:03:45. > :03:51.And I know the board of directors will,

:03:52. > :03:54.And they are all excited about Alex joining.

:03:55. > :03:57.Clearly, Sports Direct wants to improve its public image and

:03:58. > :04:01.believes that having a worker on the board of directors will go

:04:02. > :04:06.But the unions have dismissed this plan

:04:07. > :04:09.What they want is union representation,

:04:10. > :04:12.in the warehouse and in the shops.

:05:34. > :05:35.But actually, the East Midlands is doing better

:07:46. > :07:52.far from downhearted, proud of their far from downhearted, proud of their

:09:08. > :09:11.definitely hard done by when the penalty was given. With that sense

:09:12. > :09:20.of injustice and a noisy home crowd, back at the stadium in six days'
