:02:15. > :02:19.Almost one in five permanent nursing posts at the trust are vacant.

:02:29. > :02:32.After 40 years in mining, the 83-year-old has chronic

:02:46. > :02:48.With a national shortage of nurses, though, Kingsmill has struggled

:02:49. > :02:55.It's on the wards where the pressure is felt.

:02:56. > :02:59.The trust has 140 unfilled band five registered nurse posts.

:03:00. > :03:06.It means a heavy reliance on more expensive temporary staff.

:03:07. > :03:09.We have tended to use quite a lot of agencies quite recently,

:03:10. > :03:12.and that's one of the main reasons why we are doing the recruitment

:03:13. > :03:16.campaign, to try and get some nurses back.

:03:17. > :03:21.I want anybody who wants to be a nurse, basically.

:03:22. > :03:25.Because it's a commitment and a dedication, in my opinion.

:03:26. > :03:29.The trust nursing staff are the face of the latest internet campaign.

:03:30. > :03:31.Talk of a merger with Nottingham's hospitals meant uncertainty

:03:32. > :03:35.for months and made it harder to recruit.

:03:36. > :03:40.We've come out of special measures, we've moved from being inadequate

:03:41. > :03:46.Our journey is to get to good and outstanding.

:03:47. > :03:52.But getting more nurses is easier said than done.

:03:53. > :03:54.Following the Brexit vote, it's harder to attract them

:03:55. > :03:58.If this latest attempt to get UK talent

:03:59. > :04:08.this trust may go to the Philippines for its next campaign.

:04:09. > :04:10.Hundreds of people stopped in the centre of Leicester today
