:00:29. > :00:52.Ramsey has been training hard for the past 30 years. In the 1980s, he
:00:53. > :00:56.competed in body-building competitions and he used steroids.
:00:57. > :01:00.He says it helped him improve his performance and he didn't worry
:01:01. > :01:07.about any possible side-effects. I be exaggerating to say they were
:01:08. > :01:11.dangerous. I would not condone the use of them unless you are competing
:01:12. > :01:17.because then you have no choice. If you want to compete at a high level,
:01:18. > :01:23.you have to take drugs. Anabolic steroids are class C drugs.
:01:24. > :01:28.Possession is illegal. And it could lead to 14 years in prison. One

:02:18. > :02:22.are competing, unless you need to up your game, don't take them. If you
:02:23. > :02:30.train without steroids, you get more of a sense of achievement. I have
:02:31. > :02:34.never taken any. But I have see many people taking them. Getting a
:02:35. > :02:39.perfect physique is a must for many. Many will see it as a quick fix but

:03:09. > :03:12.hormones at the Leicester Royal Infirmary and he says there can be
:03:13. > :03:21.some very serious consequences. The physical problems are you could

:03:46. > :03:49.is concerned about young men, teenage boys, who sometimes have
:03:50. > :03:53.what is called reverse anorexia where they think their body is not
:03:54. > :03:59.as massively as naff as they would like when other people see it very

:05:46. > :05:49.treatments you will be getting to ensure that his standard of life is
:05:50. > :05:53.as high as what he deserves, which is very high. We understand that
:05:54. > :05:57.Billy is having more surgery this evening and even though his team
