:01:12. > :01:15.The next row on the horizon is over MPs getting a chance

:01:22. > :01:26.We've moved and abandoned that without even a debate in Parliament.

:01:35. > :01:38.That's what we need to do now and have that vote on Article 50,

:01:39. > :01:40.which we now will have by way of legislation.

:01:41. > :01:46.Whatever politicians decide or even have a say on will

:01:47. > :01:54.Businesses are desperately trying to plan for a number of

:01:55. > :01:57.I was working with businesses only this morning in Derby,

:01:58. > :02:00.talking about the different potential scenarios that they might

:04:35. > :04:37.Now Ossie Newall at the Park in Nottingahm is a stroke survivor.

:04:38. > :04:39.He does daily exercises in the kitchen where he had his

:04:40. > :04:48.This is a cost-driven exercise and it's got nothing

:04:49. > :04:52.And I also feel it is a possibility that peoples' lives would

:04:53. > :04:55.be put at risk because of where we're going in this.

:04:56. > :05:05.I think this has been handled very, very badly.

:05:06. > :05:08.Now Nottingham MP Graham Allen has been collecting comments from NHS

:05:09. > :05:11.One says, "This is purely about saving money and not quality

:05:12. > :05:14.Another, "It all sounds highly unsatisfactory."

:05:15. > :05:16.Nottinghamshire Health Care Trust, which has been awarded

:05:17. > :05:17.the ?1.5 million contract to provide the rehabilitation

:05:18. > :05:20.stresses from April, insists it will be high quality it

:05:21. > :05:23.will maximise independence and points out patients often

:05:24. > :05:24.engage with therapy better in their own home.

:05:27. > :05:50.A man has been charged with criminal damage,

:05:51. > :05:52.after an East Midlands ambulance was vandalised in Leicester.

:06:38. > :06:39.after their son was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

:06:40. > :06:45.I'm Alex and I'm in my year six class and

:06:46. > :06:53.we're doing maths, which is my favourite lesson.

:06:54. > :06:55.Alex is a happy and popular ten-year-old.

:06:56. > :06:58.He was diagnosed with Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy

:06:59. > :07:01.when he was four, a genetic disorder which mainly affects boys.

:07:02. > :07:04.Gradually, it will rob his muscles of their strength.

:07:05. > :07:07.It's, like, kind of annoying, because I can't run very fast.

:07:08. > :07:13.And then I can't really carry as much stuff,

:07:14. > :07:17.because I'm not as strong and it's just more difficult than it is with

:07:18. > :07:20.There is no easy and certain living with Duchenne's.

:07:21. > :07:21.It's life limiting, there is no cure.

:07:22. > :07:23.As the condition takes hold, the more things

:07:24. > :07:25.Alex won't be able to do

:07:26. > :07:32.Little deaths that you won't be able to have the ability to used to

:07:33. > :07:36.Then you will be able to have the ability to use your arms.

:07:37. > :07:38.So, it's just a nonstop, constant decline.

:07:39. > :07:41.So, Alex's parents have set up the charity Alex's Wish.

:07:42. > :07:46.They've pledged to raise ?1 million by 2020

:07:47. > :07:50.What were looking at doing at the moment is making

:07:51. > :07:51.Duchenne a much more manageable condition.

:07:52. > :07:54.To enable our boys to walk longer, to live more healthily

:07:55. > :08:04.for as long as possible, to ultimately buy time for that cure.

:08:05. > :08:09.A quick correction to our roles Royce story, that big fine is being
