:00:19. > :00:23.He was arrested earlier this month and appeared this morning

:00:24. > :00:25.at Westminster Magistrates' Court, alongside a woman

:00:39. > :00:45.in Derby as part of an anti-terror operation. Six people in total were

:00:46. > :00:49.arrested. In Derby, Burton on Trent and London. Four have been released

:00:50. > :00:55.without charge. Today a woman from London and a man from Derby appeared

:00:56. > :00:59.at Westminster Magistrates' Court. This 35-year-old, from Leopold

:01:00. > :01:04.Street in Derby, is charged with preparing an act of terror. He is

:01:05. > :01:08.also charged with being a member of the so-called Islamic State,

:01:09. > :01:11.possessing information useful to terrorism, and dissemination of

:01:12. > :01:15.terrorist publications. He is an Eritrean national who is seeking

:01:16. > :01:20.asylum in the UK. He did not enter a plea and is due to appear in court

:01:21. > :01:23.again on the 12th of January. Derbyshire police says it is

:01:24. > :01:24.continuing to work closely with partners and communities to reassure

:01:25. > :01:28.local people and protect the public. The Ministry of Justice say

:01:29. > :01:31.there's been no trouble at Lowdham Grange Prison,

:01:32. > :01:33.despite claims on social media. The Category B men's jail

:01:34. > :01:35.is operating a normal regime, it says, with prisoners

:01:36. > :01:37.in their cells. It also won't comment on reports

:01:38. > :01:40.that some prisoners were moved from the Nottinghamshire jail last

:01:41. > :01:42.night to prevent trouble. It comes after riots at two other

:01:43. > :01:51.British jails in the past week. The cause of a fire at a house

:01:52. > :01:54.in Ashby is under investigation. It broke out early this morning

:01:55. > :01:57.in the home on Ivanhoe Drive. A woman was treated for the

:01:58. > :02:00.effects of breathing in smoke. It's understood locals are rallying

:02:39. > :02:43.The first year we had about 23 people. Last year we had 48. This

:02:44. > :02:48.year we're going to have 80 people. Their faces just light up. They make

:02:49. > :02:51.new friends. Some people now, they come together. Whereas before they

:02:52. > :02:57.came for the first year on their own. They now come together and make

:02:58. > :03:00.lovely friendships and bonds. Everything is donated from local

:03:01. > :03:04.businesses and the community. Guests will have a dinner, a chance to chat

:03:05. > :03:10.and will even leave with a goodie bag. The cooking - that is left to

:03:11. > :03:15.grandma and mum. It's fine, it's just a few extra.

:03:21. > :03:23.together - anyone with different skill sets. There's always something

:03:32. > :03:36.and it just keeps going. My family's actually a large amount of people
