:00:37. > :00:40.Now the 15-year-old and his family are campaigning to keep

:00:41. > :00:43.children's heart surgery in Leicester, but they're very

:00:44. > :00:46.frustrated the formal public consultation process

:00:47. > :00:54.It really is playing with people's lives,

:00:55. > :00:57.both the staff, the patients, their families

:00:58. > :01:02.People like me might not have the support and their parents

:01:03. > :01:05.wouldn't have the support if they had to go further away

:01:06. > :01:09.NHS England suggested closure because it says the service

:01:10. > :01:14.It still hasn't announced a date for consultation to start

:01:15. > :01:19.but previously said it would be in the New Year.

:01:20. > :01:22.Delay and uncertainty is stressful for staff at the heart unit

:01:23. > :01:27.But there is also pressure on NHS England to make sure

:01:28. > :01:29.that the consultation, when it does happen,

:01:30. > :01:33.is robust because if there are any holes in it, there could be

:01:34. > :01:37.legal challenges and that would mean even more delay.

:01:38. > :01:40.Campaigners have collected an 80,000 signature petition

:01:41. > :01:43.and a parliamentary online petition that closes at midnight

:01:44. > :01:47.has attracted more than 48,000 signatures and another demonstration

:01:48. > :01:57.A Derbyshire man is one of two charged this weekend with the murder

:01:58. > :02:01.Police say Darren Moorhouse died from a single stab

:02:02. > :02:05.Dale Dwyer from Buxton, and a man from Halifax,

:02:06. > :02:09.will appear before magistrates tomorrow charged with his murder.

:02:42. > :02:46.A cold winter day in Enderby, but that doesn't stop

:02:47. > :02:51.This is the Growing Communities Together Project,

:02:52. > :02:54.where local people grow healthy, organic food.

:02:55. > :02:58.It's a community initiative from the charity B-inspired.

:02:59. > :03:01.It's nice when you plant something and you see it grow

:03:02. > :03:04.and then you're digging it up and then giving it

:03:05. > :03:10.And now the project has been boosted by a

:03:11. > :03:13.?30,000 Shire community grant from the county council.

:03:14. > :03:16.It will help the charity develop land to grow its produce

:03:17. > :03:18.which will be supplied through a food share scheme.

:03:19. > :03:20.Profit from the scheme will be ploughed back

:03:21. > :03:23.into the charity which focuses on improving the lives of people

:03:24. > :03:27.We'll go out into the wider community to do

:03:28. > :03:34.chutney workshops or jam making or a pastry making and it's a way of

:03:35. > :03:37.showing people that they can do things and even if they don't want

:03:38. > :03:40.to come to the farm to get engaged with the actual physical growing,

:03:41. > :03:44.they can still learn skills and techniques.

:03:45. > :03:46.Back at the allotment, the hard work continues.

:03:47. > :03:49.The cash boost, they say, will mean even

:03:50. > :03:52.greater benefits for local people and the environment.

:03:53. > :04:00.The Vulcan bomber, restored in Leicestershire,

:04:01. > :04:04.Work on the last flying Vulcan was carried out in Bruntingthorpe.

:04:07. > :04:12.Now the lease on its hangar has run out, it's being put into storage

:04:50. > :04:57.So I'm pretty confident that we'll make it.

:05:12. > :05:14.into the working week and that means things are going to be quite settled

:05:18. > :05:21.We've got plenty of cloud around, a few breaks in that cloud

:05:22. > :05:24.where we do see the potential of seeing some quite dense patches of

:05:25. > :05:27.Temperatures falling to an overnight low of around

:05:28. > :05:31.So as we move into tomorrow, that freezing fog with us first

:05:32. > :05:34.thing that then it could clear as we move into the morning.

:05:35. > :05:37.In some places, it will be a little bit more persistent.

:05:38. > :05:39.But where you're out of the fog, some sunny spells.

:05:40. > :05:41.Temperatures not too much at all though.

:05:42. > :05:45.So we will still be feeling cool despite seeing some sunshine

:05:46. > :05:47.and then a similar story as we move into Tuesday.
