:00:16. > :00:20.Kareena Hayes from Derbyshire says the thieves who stole the tin

:00:21. > :00:23.are horrible and should hand themselves in to the police.

:00:24. > :00:28.Kareena Hayes likes playing with her friends,

:00:29. > :00:35.Kareena also has a form of cerebral palsy

:00:36. > :00:41.Her dad has been raising money for her to have an operation so that

:00:42. > :00:45.hopefully in the future Kareena will be able to walk independently.

:00:46. > :00:48.I hope at the end I'll be able to walk freely

:00:49. > :00:59.It would be the most amazing thing in the world.

:01:00. > :01:04.It's hugely life changing for her, to improve her mobility,

:01:05. > :01:08.remove the spasticity from her muscles and hopefully

:01:09. > :01:15.The operation and the after-care cost almost ?30,000.

:01:16. > :01:18.Family, friends and the local community in Nuneaton have been

:01:19. > :01:22.raising money for Kareena but last week one of the collection tins

:01:23. > :01:32.The charity box was like this, and it's sealed up and we haven't

:01:33. > :01:34.opened it up to see, so it's got her picture on it

:01:35. > :01:37.and everything and I just don't understand how anyone could do that.

:01:38. > :01:41.It's really disappointing because people put money in it

:01:42. > :01:48.for me and they took it and it could have meant more to me

:01:49. > :01:54.The police are urging anyone with any information to contact them.

:01:55. > :01:57.For Kareena, she is desperately hoping she can have the operation

:01:58. > :02:14.A fight in Ashby-de-la-Zouch early this morning

:02:15. > :02:16.has left a man critically ill in hospital.

:02:17. > :02:19.Forensic teams were at the scene in Market Street for much of today.

:02:20. > :02:22.Police want to trace the driver of a silver taxi,

:02:23. > :02:24.which was parked nearby at around 2:30am this morning.

:03:38. > :03:40.looks a lot better than the other ones.

:04:47. > :04:49.pushing up from the south, introducing some sunny spells -

:04:50. > :04:51.mostly across the south of the region, further north

:04:52. > :04:54.will keep that cloud for a little longer, but temperatures pushing up

:04:55. > :04:57.to 4 to 6 Celsius, so a little better than today but with

:04:58. > :04:59.that easterly breeze it will not feel that way at all,

:05:00. > :05:02.it will feel much chillier but at least

:05:03. > :05:05.the sun is coming out and as we head through the working week,
