:02:48. > :02:51.on that momentum, and a BID will help that happen.

:02:52. > :02:54.But the scheme would mean local businesses within a certain radius

:02:55. > :02:59.paying around a 1% tax on their rateable value.

:03:00. > :03:01.That contribution will help generate about ?3 million to promote growth.

:04:24. > :04:26.we are expecting to start on a bright and at times sunny note.

:04:27. > :04:28.It will be feeling rather springlike with temperatures

:04:29. > :04:31.at around 13 degrees Celsius, perhaps even a touch milder

:04:32. > :04:33.than that in the sunshine, but that cloud will spill

:04:34. > :04:36.in from the north-west over the course of the day.

:04:40. > :04:46.conditions and a mixture of sunshine and the odd shower.
