:00:40. > :00:46.At 10am, the water burst was much reduced but the houses directly
:00:47. > :00:52.affected showed damage to windows, the roof, the doors,
:00:53. > :00:57.Inside one of them, Dawn, too upset to be shown on camera,
:00:58. > :01:03.I was woken up with a horrendous noise of crashing, glass breaking.
:01:04. > :01:06.I couldn't comprehend what was happening.
:01:07. > :01:15.It was so ferocious, it's took them 6.5 hours to close it down.
:01:16. > :01:17.Meanwhile, dozens of other houses had also been flooded,
:01:18. > :01:22.It's literally just destroyed everything.
:01:23. > :01:26.It's destroyed the washing machine, the kitchen.
:01:27. > :01:28.I mean, we've got a dog and cat upstairs.
:01:29. > :01:32.Moved our cars down the road, and we were slowly watching it

:01:36. > :01:37.My kitchen's flooded, the whole garden's flooded.
:01:38. > :01:42.But that is the extent of it, so, hopefully, it'll be OK
:01:43. > :01:47.Tonight, Severn Trent say they've now closed the burst off fully
:01:48. > :01:49.and they've restored water to most houses locally.
:01:50. > :01:58.But it could be several days before the road is fully repaired.
:01:59. > :02:00.Two people have been charged with the murder
:02:01. > :02:05.Timothy Smith, who was 45 and from Tamworth was found dying
:02:06. > :02:08.in a car on the Gelders Hall industrial estate on Thursday night.
:02:09. > :02:13.A 20-year-old man from Shepshed, and a 17-year-old, will appear
:02:14. > :02:20.It's being claimed some people affected by HS2 in Nottinghamshire
:02:21. > :02:24.are unfairly missing out on compensation.
:02:25. > :02:26.The high speed rail line will go through Trowell,
:02:27. > :02:31.but some residents may not get as much as others.

:02:37. > :02:41.and now looks set to be sliced again by HS2.
:02:42. > :02:45.Despite this, Trowell Parish Council says it should be seen not only

:03:09. > :03:19.to the west of the motorway, and the other half of the village
