:01:25. > :01:27.in the number of attacks on nurses and other frontline workers.
:01:28. > :01:29.The trial at Guy's and St Thomas' comes as more than 70
:01:30. > :01:33.people were arrested in the last six months.
:01:34. > :01:35.Some patients were banned from the hospital altogether.
:01:36. > :01:38.It's being supported by the Met who hope the cameras will ddter
:01:39. > :02:02.They are preparing for work. Work at a hospital. So, perhaps this is a
:02:03. > :02:06.sign and sound of the times. From next week, they will be doing this
:02:07. > :02:12.for real. Like London's polhce, they will be putting on body worn
:02:13. > :02:17.cameras. To tackle a growing problem with attacks on staff. The
:02:18. > :02:21.statistics will tell you whx. There were 850 incidents between @pril and
:02:22. > :02:30.September this year. That is up from 620 from the same time in 2015. A
:02:31. > :02:34.rise of 27%. Over the same period, 75 arrests, up from 30 last year. It
:02:35. > :02:41.is hoped the new cameras will help to reassure staff and patients.
:02:42. > :02:45.Hello. Staff can feel intimhdated and very threatened by the
:02:46. > :02:48.individuals involved. And it can be emotionally very upsetting for them
:02:49. > :02:53.and makes it difficult for them to do their job. And also that can
:02:54. > :02:57.affect the patients who also feel intimidated and threatened. Bosses
:02:58. > :03:01.here have already been taking steps to protect staff. 26 patients have
:03:02. > :03:07.been excluded from the hosphtal More than 100 have been issted with
:03:08. > :03:11.behaviour contracts. And thdy say they've spent a long time trying to
:03:12. > :03:18.find the most secure video system possible before launching the
:03:19. > :03:21.scheme. This system is one that loads directly onto a securd server,
:03:22. > :03:26.so the footage cannot be pl`yed around with or deleted. It will go
:03:27. > :03:32.to the server, then we will downloaded onto a disc and provided
:03:33. > :03:35.to the police. So it is sectre in terms of patient confidenti`lity? It
:03:36. > :03:39.is one of the most secure sxstems that we could find. The six,month
:03:40. > :03:43.trial is being backed by thd Met Police, which says hopes will be
:03:44. > :03:45.rolled out across the NHS in London if it is successful.

:04:34. > :04:37.jury that listening to the dvidence would require strong stomachs as
:04:38. > :04:43.well as broad minds. The sulmary of the evidence we have heard so far
:04:44. > :04:47.has been very graphic and gruesome. Stefano Brizzi was originally from
:04:48. > :04:53.Italy and came to the UK in 201 . He is charged with murdering PC Gordon
:04:54. > :04:58.Semple. It Metropolitan Polhce petrol. That was an April the 1st.
:04:59. > :05:02.He is also charged with dislembering his body and concealing it from the
:05:03. > :05:08.coroner. He says what happened was an accident, a result of a drug
:05:09. > :05:12.fuelled sex game gone wrong. And the jury heard both men had extreme
:05:13. > :05:17.sexual preferences and had lade contact via the gay dating `t
:05:18. > :05:24.Grindr. They said PC Semple had gone to his flat and spent much of the
:05:25. > :05:29.afternoon there and at some point was strangled to death. His body was
:05:30. > :05:32.not found for one week. When police officers got to the flat, they
:05:33. > :05:36.banned the horrific scene and Stefano Brizzi met them at the door
:05:37. > :05:41.saying, I have tried to resolve the body. I have killed the polhce
:05:42. > :05:45.officer. Satan told me to. There were emotional scenes in cotrt this
:05:46. > :05:50.afternoon when the jury was shown CCTV footage of Stefano Brizzi in a
:05:51. > :05:53.shop buying power tools, a bucket and cleaning materials. He had to
:05:54. > :05:58.leave court and the session was abandoned for the day. He h`s
:05:59. > :06:02.admitted obstructing the, r`bbi concealing the body. He denhes
:06:03. > :06:07.murder. The case is expected to last three weeks. -- obstructing the

:13:35. > :13:38.indecent photographs of children. And another is wanted in connection
:13:39. > :13:41.with fraud by false representation. Although Shane O'Brien has been
:13:42. > :13:46.linked with Spain, he could be elsewhere. And Josh's mum h`s this
:13:47. > :13:51.appeal. The desperation that you feel to put an end to that part of
:13:52. > :13:57.this horrific experience and journey that we will be on for our rest --
