0:05:21 > 0:05:23I don't think government or any charity can necessarily solve
0:05:23 > 0:05:26this massive problem on their own, and for us this is really
0:05:26 > 0:05:28about everyone in this ecosystem playing to their strengths,

0:06:48 > 0:06:51That does mean clear skies for a good while overnight tonight,
0:06:51 > 0:06:53though, so temperatures could drop as low as perhaps minus three,
0:06:53 > 0:06:57but then it will start to get a bit milder as we head
0:06:57 > 0:06:59into tomorrow morning.
0:06:59 > 0:07:03But early risers, you must watch out for the possibility of some ice
0:07:03 > 0:07:05forming as the rain spreads in from the West.
0:07:05 > 0:07:07But by the time most of us wake up, well,
0:07:07 > 0:07:11it's a rather wet start to the day, some heavy outbreaks of rain
0:07:11 > 0:07:13on and off through the morning, and it will feel quite
0:07:13 > 0:07:14windy as well.
0:07:14 > 0:07:17But that system will clear into the afternoon to leave us
0:07:17 > 0:07:20with some dryer, brighter spells, probably a fine end to the day,
0:07:20 > 0:07:22also some showers around for a good while as well.
