:03:23. > :03:26.numerous reports and post a CV on job websites that we know
:03:27. > :03:31.Phillips apparently targets. Soon we are contacted by a third,
:03:32. > :03:40.Premiere Employment A firm, Premier Employment, and get
:03:41. > :03:49.offer add job. But before we start he says we need
:03:50. > :03:53.to come to a city office When we arrive, no sign of John
:03:54. > :04:00.but this lady gets us ...And sells the perks
:04:01. > :04:12.of working there. And then like all these people we're
:04:13. > :04:15.asked for a fee to When we come out of the intdrview,
:04:16. > :04:25.we spot John Phillips Lo and behold, the lady we've met
:04:26. > :04:33.hands him the money. Later we discover she was bding
:04:34. > :04:37.conned with a fake job In my eyes it is exploitation
:04:38. > :04:44.of vulnerable jobseeker's. Nobody should be paying to start
:04:45. > :04:48.a new job with a genuine employer. And we discover John Phillips is far
:04:49. > :04:52.from a genuine employer. He set up more than ten bogts
:04:53. > :04:57.companies, some with fake dhrectors and since 2012, potentially
:04:58. > :05:01.hundreds of people have been I would say it is not exactly
:05:02. > :05:11.depression but a state where I was completely stretched
