:00:31. > :00:36.Last year, speaking on BBC Radio London,

:00:37. > :00:39.Mr Livingstone claimed that Hitler "collaborated" with

:00:40. > :00:45.If found guilty, he could be thrown out of the party -

:00:46. > :00:55.Here's our political correspondent, Karl Mercer.

:00:56. > :01:00.This was the scene in Westminster a year ago.

:01:01. > :01:04.Ken Livingstone at the centre of a media scrum over

:01:05. > :01:08.comments he made earlier on BBC Radio London's

:01:09. > :01:13.It is completely over the top to try and dismiss it.

:01:14. > :01:18.Let's remember, when Hitler won his election in 1932 his policy

:01:46. > :01:51.If you look at the Jewish Chronicle website that day, it states I said

:01:52. > :01:53.Hitler was a Zionist, it states I said Jews

:01:54. > :01:59.He again defended his words of a year ago.

:02:00. > :02:01.I simply said that back in 1933 Hitler's Government signed a deal

:02:02. > :02:05.with the Zionist movement which would mean that

:02:06. > :02:08.Germany's Jewish community were moved to what is now Israel.

:02:09. > :02:11.That's very different to saying Hitler supporter Zionism.

:02:12. > :02:17.The meeting's being held behind closed doors, taking evidence

:02:18. > :02:21.Ken's consistent failure to recognise the hurt,

:02:22. > :02:25.pain and the offence he's caused within the Jewish community

:02:26. > :02:29.and to Holocaust survivors in the UK make it clear that can be no future

:02:30. > :02:33.for somebody in the Labour Party who has such an appalling disregard

:02:34. > :02:36.and lack of sensitivity around these issues.

:02:37. > :02:38.There's no point hanging around today.

:02:39. > :02:45.The hearing is scheduled to last two days.

:02:46. > :02:48.A Christian nurse sacked by the NHS after offering

:06:58. > :07:00.to help the schools work out how to better protect pupils.

:07:01. > :07:02.But in the latest stats from City Hall, it was found 360

:07:03. > :07:05.primary schools are in areas that are exposed to dangerous levels

:07:06. > :07:10.Experts say much more must be done to tackle the problem.

:07:11. > :07:12.ClientEarth is calling for the lower emission zone to cover

:07:13. > :07:19.We are talking about minute particles, less than a 20th

:07:20. > :07:24.What we need to focus on is ensuring the air is clean for everyone

:07:25. > :07:26.to breathe without resorting to things like mask.

:07:31. > :07:34.The mayor has said he is committed to improving air quality in London
