:01:41. > :01:46.And at that point he discovered the video that showed his uncle had been
:01:47. > :01:50.murdered. It is obviously disappointing that the CCTV wasn't
:01:51. > :01:54.seen until 18 months later, but I'm satisfied with the initial
:01:55. > :02:01.investigation into the cause of the fire was sufficient. And again,

:05:00. > :05:07.essence. So that is quite a high proportion. It's like we're living
:05:08. > :05:10.in the wild West. Despite the fear over knife crime, some residents are
:05:11. > :05:17.furious about the use of stop and search. This woman says many don't

:05:58. > :05:59.mentioned earlier, the Metropolitan police commissioner says tackling
:06:00. > :06:05.knife crime is her main priority. Cressida Dick has said in the past
:06:06. > :06:09.she wants her officers to use stop and search. Today the Home

:06:37. > :06:39.and search used on an industrial scale. Nobody is saying there should
:06:40. > :06:45.be indiscriminate use of stop and search. I understand. I have been
:06:46. > :06:51.one of the biggest critics of the disproportion is use of stop and
:06:52. > :06:55.search. -- disproportionate. But the game changer is not simply better

:07:01. > :07:10.police officer, that encounter will be recorded. Body worn video is the
:07:11. > :07:16.largest in the world. The true test of course in this increased use of
:07:17. > :07:18.stop and search will be whether or not it does bring knife crime down

:08:56. > :08:58.as well, it's definitely an up-and-coming area,
:08:59. > :09:01.I think it's fantastic. There's always going to be
