:02:07. > :02:15.they had had to move into a rented home, but right next door
:02:16. > :02:18.to the boat yard so they could keep an eye on their
:02:19. > :02:20.expensive investment. The closest they could get
:02:21. > :02:26.to it was to peek over That is our house that we built
:02:27. > :02:32.that we cannot live in any more. These people have had
:02:33. > :02:34.their lives destroyed When these properties were sold,
:02:35. > :02:38.people were not aware of the fact that they had no legal rights
:02:39. > :02:41.to live within them. There was no legal residential
:02:42. > :02:45.planning permission granted. Vivian and Simon Keatey won't get
:02:46. > :02:49.any money back because they were not involved in the civil case
:02:50. > :02:51.but they also bought a house Again, a few months after moving in,

:05:06. > :05:08.Stephen Simmons still has the original police witness
:05:09. > :05:13.statements from his trial back in 1976, when he was convicted

:05:44. > :05:50.searched Ridgewell's name on the Internet that he found out
:05:51. > :05:56.that the officer himself had been jailed shortly
