0:00:20 > 0:00:22Police say she was 22-year-old Iuliana Tudos.

0:00:22 > 0:00:24She'd been missing since Christmas Eve when she was last seen

0:00:24 > 0:00:26heading for a bus home from Camden.

0:00:31 > 0:00:33Flowers and cards have been left here outside Finsbury Park

0:00:33 > 0:00:35for 22-year-old Iuliana Tudos, whose body was discovered

0:00:36 > 0:00:38here yesterday afternoon.

0:00:38 > 0:00:40Iuliana was reported missing on the 24th of December,

0:00:40 > 0:00:45but it was only yesterday at around 4:30 that a member of the public

0:00:45 > 0:00:47found her body inside an outbuilding

0:00:47 > 0:00:52next to the sports pitch here in Finsbury Park.

0:00:52 > 0:00:54Officers and the London Ambulance Service were called,

0:00:54 > 0:00:56but she was pronounced dead at the scene.

0:00:56 > 0:00:59Now, the park has been open for much of the day,

0:00:59 > 0:01:01but a significant area was cordoned off.

0:01:01 > 0:01:02We've seen forensic teams working,

0:01:02 > 0:01:06and the police tent is still up this evening.

0:01:06 > 0:01:11We don't know how Iuliana was killed,

0:01:11 > 0:01:13but this is being treated as a murder investigation.

0:01:13 > 0:01:16A postmortem was due to take place today at Haringey mortuary.

0:01:16 > 0:01:19Police are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen anything

0:01:19 > 0:01:20suspicious over the holiday period.

0:01:20 > 0:01:23They say they are trying to piece together a timeline of events

0:01:23 > 0:01:25and work out a motive for this attack.

0:01:25 > 0:01:29So they are appealing for anyone who's seen anything to come forward.

0:01:35 > 0:01:37months after the lift in her block broke down.

0:01:37 > 0:01:40Bernice Grant and her daughter say they have been offered a new place

0:01:40 > 0:01:44but they may have to pay for it to be made suitable

0:01:44 > 0:01:45for the 81-year-old, who's disabled.

0:01:48 > 0:01:51For seven months, Bernice Grant hasn't left her flat.

0:01:51 > 0:01:57I miss going out. To see people and talk to people.

0:01:57 > 0:02:01I want to go places. Go to the day centre, to service.

0:02:01 > 0:02:04But now I can't go anywhere.

0:02:04 > 0:02:07The lift in her block in Penge broke down at the end of May.

0:02:07 > 0:02:08It is still broken.

0:02:08 > 0:02:11Arthritis stops Mrs Grant from moving very far,

0:02:11 > 0:02:15and the four flights up to her flat are well beyond her.

0:02:15 > 0:02:17She relies entirely on her daughter.

0:02:19 > 0:02:23My daughter, she has done her best.

0:02:23 > 0:02:25She sees that I have something to eat and drink

0:02:26 > 0:02:29in the days while she is away.

0:02:29 > 0:02:32She keep in touch with me all the time.

0:02:32 > 0:02:36And she comes home in the evening, I am so glad to see her.

0:02:36 > 0:02:38The housing association which owns the block said

0:02:38 > 0:02:40replacing the lifts takes time and isn't straightforward.

0:02:40 > 0:02:42It also says two other properties have been offered

0:02:42 > 0:02:44to Mrs Grant and her daughter.

0:02:44 > 0:02:47Mrs Grant needs a wheelchair

0:02:47 > 0:02:51and says they had to turn one down because it was on a steep slope.

0:02:51 > 0:02:55The other, her daughter says, was uninhabitable.

0:02:55 > 0:02:59A spokesman for Affinity Sutton said, "Whenever we make

0:02:59 > 0:03:01an offer to a tenant, we ensure we are satisfied

0:03:01 > 0:03:04the property meets the whole household's needs in terms

0:03:04 > 0:03:08of accessibility and location."

0:03:08 > 0:03:10Mrs Grant and her daughter have been offered

0:03:10 > 0:03:13and have said yes to a new flat, but they have been told it is not

0:03:13 > 0:03:17suitable for someone who is disabled and there is no money to pay for any

0:03:17 > 0:03:19changes - they may have to foot the bill.

0:03:19 > 0:03:21I am blessed, she's my mum.

0:03:21 > 0:03:26She done a lot for us when we were young and growing up.

0:03:26 > 0:03:36It's payback time.

0:03:38 > 0:03:40Just take our time, being together is the main thing.

0:03:40 > 0:03:43The main thing is, once we have somewhere to call our home again,

0:03:43 > 0:03:46that it what we want, that is what we need.

0:03:46 > 0:03:49Both Mrs Grant and her daughter say they can't wait for next year,

0:03:49 > 0:03:51they want things to get better whatever the cost.

0:04:10 > 0:04:12A new crowdfunding website has been launched

0:04:12 > 0:04:15to try and help the capital's homeless.

0:04:15 > 0:04:18It's called Beam, and the idea is that people donate money online

0:04:18 > 0:04:20to individuals who are homeless to help them get training

0:04:20 > 0:04:24and qualifications to do the job they want to do.

0:04:24 > 0:04:28People can simply go to the website, which is wearebeam.org.

0:04:28 > 0:04:31They can meet homeless people, read their stories,

0:04:31 > 0:04:35individuals who are referred by homelessness charities.

0:04:35 > 0:04:37They can read their career aspirations and contribute

0:04:38 > 0:04:43to the funding of those campaigns.

0:04:43 > 0:04:48It might be an individual becoming a plumber, electrician or teacher.

0:04:48 > 0:04:51These are all different employment pathways

0:05:14 > 0:05:17surfaces, so just watch out for ice if you are on the move

0:05:17 > 0:05:20first thing on Friday, and for a time we might just be

0:05:20 > 0:05:23on the southern fringe of all the snow that you will have heard

0:05:23 > 0:05:25about through the bulletins of late.

0:05:25 > 0:05:28Once that rain has gone, a mix of sunny spells and showers,

0:05:28 > 0:05:30the showers urged along by a noticeable westerly breeze,

0:05:30 > 0:05:32temperatures never better than about eight or nine
