:05:30. > :05:37.But we've sent Wendy Hurrell to try...

:05:38. > :05:45.Challenge accepted. Easy at first because you probably know these

:05:46. > :05:49.ones. The rest of the exhibition is ten mysterious modern perfumes and

:05:50. > :05:53.it's left to you to describe what they smell of. I think maybe like my

:05:54. > :06:00.dad after he's been working on the allotment. With the herbs. Roadworks

:06:01. > :06:04.and stuff like that. Yes, individual knows will come up with wildly

:06:05. > :06:12.different interpretations. Could be close, I'm not really sure. It's

:06:13. > :06:17.luxury. Making me think of orchards, something soapy as well. Soapy

:06:18. > :06:20.orchards? Indeed. Once you've had a good sniff you can write down your

:06:21. > :06:25.thoughts on one of these cards and compare them to do. Real beach

:06:26. > :06:28.fragrance repealed later. Picking out the particular note is harder

:06:29. > :06:33.than you might imagine. I don't think I've got the nose that you are

:06:34. > :06:39.supposed to have. Some throw you off the scent completely. Kids toys, it

:06:40. > :06:47.actually smells like plastic toys. My grannies house. Well actually

:06:48. > :06:53.this sent by a bad boy on the perfumery block... Notes on a mill

:06:54. > :06:59.Julie, dirty, like the scent of pyrotechnics in the air from like,

:07:00. > :07:05.fog machines, there is a bit of a smokiness to it. An unconventional

:07:06. > :07:08.concoction but connoisseurs are impressed by his creations, not to

:07:09. > :07:14.mention his attire. You've totally out blink me. That's always the

:07:15. > :07:20.goal. I like to out blink everyone. At the end of the exhibition is a

:07:21. > :07:25.place where you can find out her perfume is made, the individual

:07:26. > :07:29.ingredients that go into it and the ladies in lab coats are perfumers

:07:30. > :07:33.and they explain how you'd make a cent out of these ingredients.

:07:34. > :07:37.Perfume is personal, not everything will be to your liking. But you can

:07:38. > :07:41.have a sniff at Somerset house until mid-September. Still wondering about

:07:42. > :07:42.the roadworks. Now the weather with

:07:43. > :07:55.Georgina Burnett. Best to make the most of any

:07:56. > :07:58.sunshine throughout them -- throughout the afternoon, it will be

:07:59. > :08:02.different for the next few days. This was captured by one of our

:08:03. > :08:06.weather Watchers, beautiful picture of flowers basking in the sunshine,

:08:07. > :08:10.we'll see more of that this afternoon, the sunshine baby hazy at

:08:11. > :08:14.times, light breeze, temperatures reaching the mid-20s. Heading

:08:15. > :08:21.through this evening we see cloud all doing through the night, feeling

:08:22. > :08:26.quite humid as well, mostly dry but come the early hours, some showers

:08:27. > :08:32.coming through. Temperatures rise getting down to 14 or 15 degrees,

:08:33. > :08:36.tomorrow the temperatures down but probably feeling pretty muggy all

:08:37. > :08:40.the same, quite a lot of cloud around, brightness confined to first

:08:41. > :08:45.thing. Some showers and prolonged outbreaks of rain, quite heavy at

:08:46. > :08:50.times, perhaps even thundery, temperatures subdued, were likely to

:08:51. > :08:54.see the teams, we may scrape 20 tomorrow. Wednesday deeply have a

:08:55. > :08:57.fair bit of wet weather in the morning, looking like it will dry up

:08:58. > :09:02.later in the day, some showers around on Thursday, northerly wind

:09:03. > :09:07.picking up towards the end of the day, staying with us for Friday. It

:09:08. > :09:12.should be drier and brighter on Friday, a handful of showers around,

:09:13. > :09:13.feeling pretty chilly with that win. Slightly better on Saturday, back to

:09:14. > :09:15.wet and windy weather on Sunday. Riz Lateef will be here

:09:16. > :09:18.with our 6:30 evening programme. But for now, from us all,

:09:19. > :09:23.a very good afternoon.
