:07:40. > :07:41.theatre hopes to continue its legacy of launching the careers of London's
:07:42. > :07:44.actors. It rather feels as though summer has
:07:45. > :07:47.disappeared. Now the weather with
:07:48. > :07:57.Georgina Burnett. Fairly grumpy skies and the stubborn
:07:58. > :08:02.cloud staying put this afternoon. This was a familiar scene captured
:08:03. > :08:06.in Bromley this morning and thank you to our weather watchers for
:08:07. > :08:12.their pictures. A fairly cloudy end to the date and we have this band of
:08:13. > :08:15.showery rain coming from the West. Further south and east, more chance
:08:16. > :08:20.of missing it, maybe one or two spots with a south-westerly breeze
:08:21. > :08:22.and temperatures up to about 21 degrees. The rain will clear to the
:08:23. > :08:27.east overnight and then move north and some clear spells developing but
:08:28. > :08:33.the further north and west you are the more chance of the cloud staying
:08:34. > :08:38.put with lows of 13 or 14. Tomorrow, another wet day, the Met office as a
:08:39. > :08:42.yellow warning in place for rain as we are expecting some heavy and
:08:43. > :08:48.thundery downpours from 11am to 9pm and a further yellow warning on
:08:49. > :08:52.Wednesday the other whole day. Tomorrow, this rain band and some
:08:53. > :08:57.rain coming up from the Channel so it might be that you are the meat in
:08:58. > :09:01.the middle and get away with a few showers but limited brightness and
:09:02. > :09:06.some fairly heavy rain at times with temperatures only reaching about 19
:09:07. > :09:11.or 20 Celsius. The wind will pick up, another wet day on Wednesday
:09:12. > :09:15.hence that warning but Thursday it had an improving picture with drier
:09:16. > :09:19.and brighter conditions and sunny spells and similar on Friday. The
:09:20. > :09:20.temperature is doing their best but only really making it to the high
:09:21. > :09:21.teens. Riz Lateef will be here
:09:22. > :09:24.with our 6.30pm evening programme. But for now, from us all,
:09:25. > :09:28.a very good afternoon.
