:01:05. > :01:07.Jermaine's sister Talisha tells me he was attacked after
:01:08. > :01:16.He was targeted by three men wearing balaclavas,
:01:17. > :01:20.Talisha says that her family are still in shock.
:01:21. > :01:24.If someone was in that lifestyle, then you kind of expected,
:01:25. > :01:26.but when they are not, you just think, you just don't
:01:27. > :01:28.understand, I just don't understand the question,
:01:29. > :01:32.And that is how we are feeling at the moment.
:01:33. > :01:39.Today, two boys aged 16 and 17 and an 18-year-old woman appeared
:01:40. > :01:41.at the Old Bailey charged with Jermaine's murder.
:01:42. > :01:45.Police say they need more information about what happened.
:01:46. > :01:47.There is concern that some of Jermaine's friends,
:01:48. > :01:53.who were there with him that night may be too scared to come forward.
:01:54. > :01:56.I understand that they may have fear in terms of making
:01:57. > :02:02.But it is important that they do, because I don't want my brother
:02:03. > :02:07.to die in vain and for what has happened to him to be in vain.
:02:08. > :02:11.This area has unfortunately suffered from an increase in youth violence.
:02:12. > :02:15.We have done a lot of work around this with the local authority.
:02:16. > :02:18.We just want the information that is going to help in this inquiry.
:02:19. > :02:21.And to try and find out why this has happened to Jermaine.
:02:22. > :02:23.It is the question that Jermaine's family also want answered.

:03:34. > :03:45.And this being at the back of the queue, I'm asking myself
:03:46. > :03:50.what I've done to deserve this and the last time I was let down,
:03:51. > :03:55.going to the foot clinic I'm afraid, and I have a stress tremor.
:03:56. > :03:58.And it lasted for about two and a half weeks.
:03:59. > :04:01.Since March, the Private Ambulance Service has been
:04:02. > :04:04.contracted to carry out 17,000 patient journeys every month across
:04:05. > :04:11.But, in just four months, more than 100 people
:04:12. > :04:16.including cancer and kidney dialysis patients.
:04:17. > :04:18.The company says it hasn't had enough ambulances and some
:04:19. > :04:24.It admits that significant delays in picking up and dropping
:04:25. > :04:26.off patients and problems for people trying to get through
:04:27. > :04:32.Luton Clinical Commissioning Group has told the Private
:04:33. > :04:35.Ambulance Service that it now has got just a month to dramatically
:04:36. > :04:39.improve its performance or it will face a heavy fine.
:04:40. > :04:42.The company says it is very sorry for letting down so many sick
:04:43. > :04:45.patients but it says improvements are already being made,
:04:46. > :04:49.including increasing the number of ambulances and staff available
:04:50. > :04:50.and improving response times
:04:51. > :04:53.at the company's call centre in Basildon.
:04:54. > :04:59.David Gower says so far he hasn't seen any improvement.

:05:03. > :05:15.I think their contract should be terminated at the end of this month.
