:00:47. > :00:51.that there is one man insidd, with what has been described as hazardous
:00:52. > :00:57.items. Police were called hdre around midnight last night. As a
:00:58. > :01:02.precaution, they evacuated `round 80 local residents out of their homes.
:01:03. > :01:05.We are told it is not a terrorist related incident or linked hn any
:01:06. > :01:10.way to any other ongoing investigations. Can you tell us what

:01:18. > :01:22.conflicting reports. And thd BBC spoke to someone who claimed to be
:01:23. > :01:25.the man's cousin, who said that a family member had gone to the

:01:29. > :01:31.And they have been desperatdly trying to get hold of the m`n on his
:01:32. > :01:37.telephone. Locals have said that they saw police starting to gather
:01:38. > :01:40.early March evening in what appeared to be some sort of planned
:01:41. > :01:50.operation. The man has been described as relatively quidt, with
:01:51. > :01:51.four Rottweilers dogs. Scotland Yard say their priority is for this to
:01:52. > :01:57.come to a safe conclusion. A murder investigation has been
:01:58. > :01:59.launched after a man died outside a pub in north London
:02:00. > :02:03.early this morning. Police were called to reports
:02:04. > :02:06.of a stabbing outside the Jolly Anglers pub in Wood Green
:02:07. > :02:08.shortly before 3:30am. The 33-year-old victim has been
:02:09. > :02:13.named as Vincent Harvey. Meanwhile, a second murder
:02:14. > :02:22.investigation is underway after the death of a man
:02:23. > :02:25.in Shepherds Bush last night. The 28-year-old was discovered
:02:26. > :02:28.at a property in Askew Road and was pronounced dead
:02:29. > :02:32.at the scene. 72 firefighters were tackling
:02:33. > :02:36.a blaze at a garage workshop on Lamb Lane
:02:37. > :02:39.in Hackney this afternoon. Large plumes of smoke poured
:02:40. > :02:42.from the car workshop as five cars were damaged along with an `djacent
:02:43. > :02:45.three-floor office building. The fire is now under control
:02:46. > :02:54.but crews are expected to bd at the scene damping
:02:55. > :02:56.down for some time. Police are investigating
:02:57. > :02:59.whether a passenger accidentally setting off a CS gas canistdr caused

:03:03. > :03:09.500 people were evacuated It's thought the passenger

:03:54. > :03:58.and five were taken to hosphtal although their injuries werd not
:03:59. > :04:01.thought to be serious. 21 people were treated
:04:02. > :04:04.for their injuries at the scene The vehicle appeared to be
:04:05. > :04:06.being used by party bus company Vault London, that hires out
:04:07. > :04:09.the buses for private events with on-board cocktail
:04:10. > :04:14.bars and DJ booths. No-one from Vault London
:04:15. > :04:16.was available for comment Network Rail declared
:04:17. > :04:20.the bridge safe Scotland Yard said
:04:21. > :04:23.it was continuing to investigate the incident
