:01:18. > :01:20.in Greenwich you have had a stroke were sent earlier this year.
:01:21. > :01:23.It says the NHS Greenwich clinical commissioning group has expdrienced
:01:24. > :01:26.severe financial difficultids and, as a result, they've stopped the
:01:27. > :01:27.services offered by the Stroke Association.
:01:28. > :01:30.What they have replaced it with though, is a so-called new
:01:31. > :01:36.We've been in touch with Greenwich CCG to ask them
:01:37. > :01:40.what a new road care navigator is, and what services are going to be on
:01:41. > :01:48.what a neurocare navigator hs, and what services are going to be on
:01:49. > :01:51.But they haven't been able to give us an interview.
:01:52. > :01:52.I appreciate there are some financial
:01:53. > :01:54.constraints, and there are services available.
:01:55. > :01:56.Whether they best meet the needs of stroke survivors to
:01:57. > :01:59.help them make the best recovery possible, that's what the worrisome
:02:00. > :02:04.200 people used the old service this year.
:02:05. > :02:06.It's not clear where their neck support will come

:02:56. > :02:58.finding out how she nearly didn't survive at all,
:02:59. > :03:09.after being decommissioned in the early 70s.
:03:10. > :03:12.The cruiser Belfast was ready for her post refit trial,
:03:13. > :03:20.Just one of the voyages HMS Belfast has been on.
:03:21. > :03:22.But it's the others that makes this ship a
:03:23. > :03:25.She was such a key ship, having fired one of the
:03:26. > :03:29.first shots of D-Day and also been involved in the hunt for thd
:03:30. > :03:31.Well, these days the ship is just hosting
:03:32. > :03:34.banquets and book signings in the Captain's dining rool.
:03:35. > :03:35.And the sound of schoolchildren and families
:03:36. > :03:41.All a far cry from what lifd would have been like back when thhs ship
:03:42. > :03:45.Spick and span was one of the first lessons.
:03:46. > :03:49.Today it's Europe's only surviving Second World
:03:50. > :03:52.War battleship, but back in the 70s its future was under threat.
:03:53. > :03:55.A group of people got together, including the Imperial War Luseum,
:03:56. > :03:58.In 1971 she was duly saved and towed to
:03:59. > :04:02.Crikey, so it could have bedn a whole lot different for the
:04:03. > :04:06.It was a very close thing, she very nearly ended up on the
:04:07. > :04:10.And since then, London's skxline around her may have changed,
:04:11. > :04:13.Today, as it marks its 45th year on the Thames,
:04:14. > :04:17.I haven't been here since I was a child.
:04:18. > :04:21.Thought it would be a good place to go.
:04:22. > :04:23.Frankly it was wonderful, yeah, loved it.
:04:24. > :04:25.We also saw the navigator's cabin, we had a good
:04:26. > :04:30.So HMS Belfast's days on thd high seas may be over, but its
:04:31. > :04:33.future as an iconic London landmark is secure for generations.

:05:45. > :05:47.three central parts of England and Wales. Scattered showers towards the
:05:48. > :05:52.far north-west of Scotland and Northern Ireland. Where we see clear
:05:53. > :05:54.spells we the seat missed. Locally dense fog patches especially across
