:03:09. > :03:11.Both the Mayor and Scotland Yard have said there would be extra

:03:19. > :03:21.The theme of this year's parade was Hollywood movies

:04:29. > :04:32.So, a lot of cloud and first thing in the

:04:33. > :04:40.As we head through the day, we'll see increasing

:04:41. > :04:43.But it will be a very cold day, despite

:04:44. > :04:48.For Monday night coming to Tuesday, we are expecting a widespread frost.

:04:49. > :04:51.You will need some extra time to scrape the windscreen if you are

:04:58. > :05:14.For many, New Year's Day was a shocker with all of that rain

:05:23. > :05:25.with showers across parts of northern England, particularly

:05:26. > :05:30.across Scotland, low levels here. I say that they hazard in northern and

:05:40. > :05:43.below freezing in many places. A bright and sunny start, but still

:05:44. > :05:47.wintry showers, sliding down the North Sea coast. Some snow down at

:05:48. > :05:52.quite low levels to the north of Scotland. Here, the snow will turn

:05:53. > :05:53.to rain. Something milder creeping in off the Atlantic
