:01:30. > :01:32.Police have now released these images of four men

:01:33. > :01:35.they want to speak to in connection with the incident.

:01:36. > :01:39.They got off the train at Ealing Broadway moments after the assault.

:01:40. > :01:43.Police say this was a prolonged, very nasty attack which the victims

:01:44. > :01:46.believe to have been motivated by homophobia.

:01:47. > :01:53.They say hate crime of this kind are absolutely not be tolerated

:01:54. > :01:56.and they are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

:03:56. > :04:00.What we need to do is make sure that all schools have fair funding.

:04:01. > :04:02.You have pointed out what this school is getting.

:04:03. > :04:05.I don't know the school myself, but what I do know

:04:06. > :04:09.is that it is important to have a fairer funding system

:04:10. > :04:15.We have not had a funding formula for about 15 years.

:04:16. > :04:18.The amount the local authorities and schools get is largely based

:04:19. > :04:21.on how they looked in the early 2000s and is at the moment

:04:22. > :04:24.based on relatively out-of-date information.

:04:25. > :04:27.In Tower Hamlets the elected Mayor is clear that there is good reason

:04:28. > :04:30.why its schools get high levels of funding.

:04:31. > :04:33.We have the highest level of child poverty of any local authority

:04:34. > :04:37.in the country and we have very high costs as well, so to build a home

:04:38. > :04:39.in Tower Hamlets cost more than anywhere else in the country.

:04:40. > :04:45.To retain staff requires us to pay extra premiums on wages,

:04:46. > :04:49.and we have high instances of special education needs and kids

:04:50. > :04:53.in poverty who might have challenging lifestyles

:04:54. > :05:03.What is clear is that in London challenging decisions lie ahead.

:05:04. > :05:14.It has been a mixed day of weather and you might well have got caught

:05:15. > :05:17.in one of the showers earlier on in the afternoon.
