:01:40. > :01:41.by Ukip to make Havering a unitary authority.

:01:54. > :01:57.It does tap into a sense of people frustrated with the people who make
:01:58. > :02:02.A year ago, it was the people in Brussels, now it seems to be
:02:03. > :02:08.Sadiq Khan says he doesn't think councillors will give this
:02:09. > :02:14.They can see a problem and they can say that's a problem that these
:02:15. > :02:16.people are causing us, or you can say, goodness me,
:02:17. > :02:20.we have a problem, and let's get in there and try and deal with that.
:02:21. > :02:22.While most here admit a Hexit seems unlikely,
:02:23. > :02:24.it was only last year that similar frustrations led to
:02:25. > :02:39.Visitors and traders have paused to reflect on last month's

:03:28. > :03:30.Ben Woollacot was dragged overboard while mooring
:03:31. > :03:39.For six generations, the Woollacott family have worked
:03:40. > :03:43.Steve, from Swanley in Kent, was trained up by his dad,
:03:44. > :03:46.who was a boat man, and he in turn taught both his sons,
:03:47. > :03:52.He just loved the way of life, the friendship, the camaraderie,
:03:53. > :03:55.just working on the river, you know, you're in the heart
:03:56. > :03:58.But back in August 2011, his 19-year-old son Ben
:03:59. > :04:00.died in an accident, while working as a deck hand
:04:01. > :04:09.It's hard to put into words, you lost your son.
:04:10. > :04:11.He'll always be with us, I believe we'll meet up again.
:04:12. > :04:14.You know, being out on the river, it's like he's here,
:04:15. > :04:16.like his spirit's still here, as far as I'm concerned.
:04:17. > :04:19.Following a local campaign, Transport for London has decided
:04:20. > :04:21.to name one of the new Woolwich ferries, currently
:04:22. > :04:34.We had lots of approaches from people about the naming
:04:35. > :04:37.Of course we talked to the crews, the staff on the ferry,
:04:38. > :04:40.we talked to local people and everyone was unanimous that
:04:41. > :04:42.naming one of the boats after Ben Woollacott was a really
:04:43. > :04:45.good thing to do, a nice thing to do.
:04:46. > :04:48.For us it is very special to remember Ben, bearing in mind
:04:49. > :04:50.we are river families, and you often here the Woolwich
:04:51. > :04:53.ferry calling out, so we will always hear Ben's name when they make
:04:54. > :04:56.The new ferries should be ready by next year.
:04:57. > :05:02.Steve hopes his family's special bond with the river will continue.
:05:03. > :05:10.It is all change weather-wise tomorrow, but for today, it was dry,
:05:11. > :05:20.we had some good spells of sunshine around and once more it felt warm.
:05:21. > :05:23.It will still be warm overnight tonight, lows of round 16
:05:24. > :05:26.or 17 degrees Celsius, and it will be a dry and bright
:05:27. > :05:28.early start to the day tomorrow, with some sunshine around.

:05:37. > :05:38.some interruptions to play at Wimbledon tomorrow afternoon.
