:01:41. > :01:51.Today's message of hope struck a chord with the congregation.

:01:52. > :01:56.I think the Dean perfectly summed up what has been important in this

:01:57. > :02:01.And the understanding that people here now have

:02:02. > :02:05.of how people in Barcelona are feeling this weekend.

:02:06. > :02:11.It made me think back to June and it made me think back to the experience

:03:05. > :03:08.It's the third rail accident in a week following a similar

:03:09. > :03:11.derailment at Waterloo and another train hitting the buffers

:03:12. > :03:18.One of the busiest railways in and out of London has a new owner.

:03:19. > :03:21.South West Trains ran its last service at midnight and has been

:03:22. > :03:27.replaced by South Western Railway, who've promised to replace

:03:53. > :03:55.I tend to commute before the rush-hour so at that time

:03:59. > :04:00.Have you noticed any difference today?

:04:01. > :04:06.There is nothing much that has been communicated to us about how

:04:07. > :04:11.I am just annoyed the passengers weren't asked for their opinion.

:04:21. > :04:22.of the platforms will be closed during the first week

:04:23. > :04:26.And customers are already being advised to make

:04:27. > :04:32.We have got just over a week of those works still to do

:04:33. > :04:34.but we're looking forward, beyond those works, to kicking off

:04:35. > :04:38.and delivering the ?1.2 billion of investment that we have committed

:04:39. > :04:44.There is a promise of faster journeys from Reading and 90

:04:45. > :04:51.But they are designed for the driver to operate the doors and the RMT

:04:52. > :04:53.union says the company is refusing to guarantee a second

:06:21. > :06:24.the UK through today. Embedded in this area of cloud on the remnants

:06:25. > :06:28.of a hurricane which has been whizzing across the Atlantic over

:06:32. > :06:36.spells of sunshine around through this afternoon and a very different

:06:37. > :06:41.picture further west with mist, low cloud and some rain. That is what we
