:00:17. > :00:24.Hello. An inquest has been hearing more evidence today about the Tet

:00:24. > :00:29.of a mother and her two young sons in Peterborough. The coroner was

:00:29. > :00:33.told Susan Tollby had a history of anxiety and depression and had made

:00:33. > :00:39.previous threats to harm herself. In March 2007 she suffocated her

:00:39. > :00:43.sons, then hanged herself. In her earlier years, she was

:00:43. > :00:48.mildly depressed, chronically fatigued, but after the birth of

:00:48. > :00:53.her sons, Joseph and Paul, she became delusional, the inquest was

:00:53. > :00:59.told, her thoughts homicidal. In 2005, she tried to strangle herself

:00:59. > :01:03.with a belt. That day she told a GP she wanted to kill her children.

:01:03. > :01:13.She thought they were ill and wanted to end their misery. In the

:01:13. > :01:16.

:01:16. > :01:21.family home in 2007 she carried out her threats. Her husband found

:01:21. > :01:26.their bodies. Susan had been discharged from a hospital. The

:01:26. > :01:29.inquest were told symptoms like Susan's can return like a bolt from

:01:29. > :01:34.a blue. Detectives investigating the murder

:01:34. > :01:38.of a pensioner in north hatchtonshire are trying to trace a

:01:38. > :01:44.blue Peugeot that had been foresale in the street where he lived. The

:01:44. > :01:51.body of the 67-year-old was found at his home in Cannon Street.

:01:51. > :01:56.Postmortem reveals he died of stab wounds to the head. A car showroom

:01:56. > :02:00.has been destroyed by arsonists in Clacton. Fire crews said there were

:02:00. > :02:04.small explosions on the garage forecourt, but they managed to save

:02:04. > :02:08.the showroom. Damage has been estimated at 200,000.

:02:08. > :02:12.One of the region's poorest districts today launched a bid for

:02:12. > :02:20.up to 10 million of Government investment. The cash would enable

:02:20. > :02:22.new businesses and jobs to be created in Lowestoft and Great

:02:22. > :02:29.Yarmouth. The local enterprise partnership

:02:29. > :02:34.say this industry could generate 2,000 new jobs within four years.

:02:34. > :02:38.trump card is around energy. We have nuclear in a third of the path.

:02:38. > :02:45.Clearly, we have the development that's going on offshore with

:02:45. > :02:51.renewables. Ella, one of six Brownsfield sites

:02:51. > :02:56.where it could take root. They'd be won over by relaxed tax rates and

:02:56. > :03:00.planning laws. This business welcomesen vestment but says

:03:00. > :03:07.without support from the local council it will consider moving its

:03:07. > :03:11.business out of the city. It would make it easier for us to stay.

:03:11. > :03:16.after local businesses? Absolutely. They should come first. Putting

:03:16. > :03:22.together a glossy presentation is the easy bit. The team have two

:03:22. > :03:26.hurdles to overcome, firstly getting the Government thumbs up to

:03:26. > :03:34.become a enterprise zone, then getting businesses to take on

:03:34. > :03:40.I was on the beach earlier. It was gorgeous.

:03:40. > :03:44.A warm day indeed. It got to 27C in Bedford. We have a fairly weak

:03:45. > :03:48.ridge to our east. It's going to allow weather fronts to turn

:03:48. > :03:52.unsettled by the beginning of next week. There was a fair bit more

:03:52. > :03:56.cloud in the rest but for the whole region, a fine end to the day.

:03:56. > :04:00.Overnight, long, clear spells and during the end of the night, we'll

:04:00. > :04:04.see this part - the west of the region just turning a little cloudy

:04:04. > :04:07.with the chance of a few spots of rain. Warm night with Los Of 14C

:04:07. > :04:10.and light south-easterly winds. A fine start for tomorrow,

:04:10. > :04:14.particularly in the east, but it will stay a little cloudier in the

:04:14. > :04:19.west. There is the chance of the odd isolated shower here.

:04:19. > :04:22.Temperatures still deliej 27C tomorrow. The winds stay light

:04:22. > :04:26.south-easterly. It will be cooler in the east and particularly on the

:04:26. > :04:30.beach itself. You'll see through the afternoon the showers becoming

:04:30. > :04:35.more isolated and still some evening sunshine to enjoy. Here is

:04:35. > :04:38.the next five days. It's turning unsettle. We'll get heavy showers

:04:38. > :04:41.for Wednesday. They'll become more widespread through Thursday. A dry

:04:41. > :04:50.day is expected Friday. The temperatures cooling down once more.
