:00:07. > :00:11.Hello and welcome to a new week on Look East with Susie and me. Coming

:00:12. > :00:19.up in the next 30 minutes: After this girl dies in a nightclub crush,

:00:19. > :00:22.just how safe are the region's nightspots? Customers are the

:00:22. > :00:26.number one priority. We have to make sure they are OK and they have

:00:26. > :00:30.a good night. At the end of the day, we're here to provide a service and

:00:30. > :00:34.we will look after customers. We go undercover to find out the

:00:34. > :00:40.truth about a new scheme to avoid care home fees.

:00:40. > :00:44.Why is it that you are selling a product called How To avoid care

:00:44. > :00:47.home fees when, by marketing it as that, you could be rendering it

:00:47. > :00:50.useless? The courts throw out the case of

:00:50. > :01:00.the offensive golly in the window. And if you know an unsung sporting

:01:00. > :01:05.

:01:06. > :01:09.hero, now's the time to tell us Hello. A week after a young woman

:01:09. > :01:14.died in a crush at a nightclub, the Industry insisted today that the

:01:14. > :01:16.safety of club-goers was a top priority.

:01:16. > :01:21.Nabila Nanfuka died, and two other people were seriously injured,

:01:21. > :01:24.during a stampede at the Lava Ignite club in Northampton. One of

:01:24. > :01:27.the injured is still in a critical condition. The police are still

:01:27. > :01:31.appealing for witnesses to get in touch, but tonight, as thousands of

:01:31. > :01:41.young people get ready for a night on the town, many will be worried

:01:41. > :01:45.

:01:45. > :01:48.about safety. Let's go to Northampton now, and Jo Black.

:01:48. > :01:52.Normally this nightclub would be putting the lights on in the next

:01:52. > :01:55.few hours, getting ready to post a student evening. As you can see,

:01:55. > :02:00.the doors are firmly closed and are likely to stay that way for the

:02:00. > :02:05.next month or so until councillors come to a decision on its future. I

:02:05. > :02:09.spent Saturday night talking to people who are usually here about

:02:09. > :02:15.their concerns. They say they cannot believe this has happened on

:02:15. > :02:22.their own doorstep. Saturday night in Northampton and Bridge Street is

:02:22. > :02:26.buzzing. Just days before, at the town's biggest nightclub, Nabila

:02:26. > :02:36.Nanfuka died after a crush in the early hours of the morning.

:02:36. > :02:36.

:02:36. > :02:44.Alison's has been suspended -- the licence. That could have been me or

:02:44. > :02:47.my friends. What a way to go. have been to clubs in Manchester

:02:47. > :02:52.and London and I have never heard of anything like that happening. I

:02:52. > :02:57.am shocked. It is really bad. quite shocking. Her life is already

:02:57. > :03:02.over because she went on a night out. It is scary.

:03:02. > :03:05.Investigations into why a club goers rushed towards the doors are

:03:05. > :03:11.still ongoing. Pictures from inside the venue are now beginning to

:03:11. > :03:16.surface. Even though the pub -- the club is closed, posters advertising

:03:16. > :03:22.the event at which Nabila Nanfuka died are still visible. This is

:03:22. > :03:26.interesting down here. "working with Northamptonshire Police to

:03:26. > :03:30.bring you a safe event." Northamptonshire Police have told

:03:30. > :03:40.us that the first they knew about this night was when the disaster

:03:40. > :03:44.happened. For other bar managers in the town the shock of what happened

:03:44. > :03:49.this weekend means they are taking no chances. They have drafted in

:03:49. > :03:53.extra staff. The message: Safety is paramount. Customers are the number

:03:53. > :03:57.one priority. They give us a job and we have to look after them. We

:03:57. > :04:02.want to make sure they have a good night because, at the end of the

:04:02. > :04:08.day, it is their night. Tonight, two other women who were

:04:08. > :04:17.also at the club remain in hospital. Questions and the desires to have

:04:17. > :04:22.wide this tragedy happened keep on coming. -- questions and theories.

:04:23. > :04:32.We have asked the owners of the club for an interview several times

:04:33. > :04:34.

:04:34. > :04:36.but they have declined. The police have told us they are

:04:36. > :04:41.disappointed with the number of people who have come forward with

:04:41. > :04:46.information. The police want people to get in touch. Did you take

:04:47. > :04:56.photographs? Have you got any footage? Please contact the police

:04:57. > :04:57.

:04:57. > :05:00.if you have anything. At least 10 Conservative MPs in

:05:00. > :05:03.this region are expected to defy party bosses and vote in favour of

:05:03. > :05:06.a referendum on Europe. Alex Dunlop has been watching this evening's

:05:06. > :05:10.debate in Parliament. This is the scene live in the House

:05:10. > :05:12.of Commons. We are now two hours into the debate as MPs prepare to

:05:12. > :05:16.vote over a referendum on Britain's membership of the European Union.

:05:16. > :05:19.Of the 61 Conservatives who want one, around 10, as you say, are

:05:19. > :05:22.from the BBC Look East region, among them, Essex MP Priti Patel,

:05:22. > :05:32.who got in at the last election, and seasoned members like Bernard

:05:32. > :05:33.

:05:33. > :05:38.Jenkin, who heads an influential Commons select committee. With

:05:38. > :05:45.little say in the building behind them, the UKIP activists voiced

:05:45. > :05:48.their protest outside. Reservations inside of the EU are perhaps more

:05:48. > :05:54.able to be broadcast than this one. Those arriving for the debate say

:05:54. > :05:59.that, despite party loyalty, what appears in their in-tray from

:05:59. > :06:03.constituents comes first. They do not like the fact that we are

:06:03. > :06:06.cutting public services but sending 25 million a day to Europe.

:06:06. > :06:11.Clearly, this has fired up the people of Wellingborough. I do not

:06:11. > :06:18.think I have had an issue where so many people have contacted me.

:06:18. > :06:22.Our relationship with Europe has a direct relevance to this region,

:06:22. > :06:24.but those who want out of Europe say that the millions we contribute

:06:24. > :06:31.to the EU could be better spent getting local businesses back on

:06:32. > :06:36.their feet. These are the local MPs who are demanding a referendum on

:06:36. > :06:40.whether we stay, leave or renegotiate membership of the EU in

:06:41. > :06:44.the next session of Parliament. have to remember that there will be

:06:45. > :06:50.constituency boundary revisions proposed. These MPs are obviously

:06:51. > :06:54.having to touch base with their activist support. They are probably

:06:54. > :06:59.coming under a bit of pressure from there was up and they are more

:06:59. > :07:03.Eurosceptic? Certainly, yes. Those who defied the party whip

:07:03. > :07:06.tonight know that their card will be marked. They will also know that

:07:06. > :07:10.they will have made their mark on an issue that has dogged the

:07:10. > :07:13.Conservatives for decades. One of the men who will defy the

:07:13. > :07:16.Government tonight is the MP for Clacton, Douglas Carswell. When I

:07:16. > :07:19.spoke to him earlier this afternoon I asked him if the Tory party had

:07:19. > :07:25.forgotten the lessons of the 1990s when John Major's government was

:07:25. > :07:29.torn apart by arguments over Europe. Europe has done a pretty good job

:07:29. > :07:33.of dividing the Conservative Party for 40 years without a referendum.

:07:33. > :07:38.But maybe it is time to consider that a referendum is the best way

:07:38. > :07:41.of healing the divisions within the Conservative Party. I think that

:07:41. > :07:47.having a referendum, and we saw it with the alternative vote

:07:47. > :07:51.referendum, it allows politicians to understand that they should let

:07:51. > :07:57.the people settle the matter. know that you're not going to win,

:07:57. > :08:02.don't you? Lots of people and the Labour Party will vote with the

:08:02. > :08:06.Government. Of course, the Government will get its way. It has

:08:06. > :08:13.used heavy-handed tactics to ensure that. This is the about the

:08:14. > :08:20.beginning of a campaign. I think the referendum is unstoppable.

:08:20. > :08:24.you not just a bunch of disaffected right-wing Tories who do not like

:08:24. > :08:32.what the Government is doing? that around. It is the people who

:08:32. > :08:36.are demanding is bought. -- demanding this vote. A large chunk

:08:36. > :08:40.of people in this country have triggered this process. If you say

:08:40. > :08:44.they are banging on about Europe, in that case, the British people

:08:44. > :08:48.are banging on about Europe. you get a phone call from the Prime

:08:48. > :08:53.Minister this week in? I did not. I get lots of phone calls and e-mails

:08:53. > :08:57.from lots of people. If they live in my constituency I take their

:08:57. > :09:01.views very seriously. If the Prime Minister had asked you to vote with

:09:01. > :09:05.the Government, would you have changed your mind? I would be

:09:05. > :09:10.polite and say that, with respect, I feel strongly and I think it is

:09:10. > :09:14.time that the Government started to pursue the correct policy.

:09:14. > :09:19.Ultimately, I believe that Parliament is there to control

:09:19. > :09:22.government, not government there to control parliament. It is MPs

:09:22. > :09:26.elected by the people who make sure that ministers get it right, not

:09:26. > :09:29.the other way round. Thank you very much.

:09:29. > :09:31.Still to come tonight: A round-up of the action from the sport this

:09:31. > :09:34.weekend. In tonight's special report, we investigate the scheme

:09:34. > :09:37.which promises no fees for care homes. And, after the autumnal

:09:37. > :09:47.sunshine, get ready for some wetter weather tonight. The full forecast

:09:47. > :09:47.

:09:47. > :09:50.A woman from Suffolk who was accused of racial harassment by a

:09:51. > :09:54.neighbour after a golliwog was put in a window will have no further

:09:54. > :10:04.action taken against her. Magistrates in Lowestoft threw out

:10:04. > :10:05.

:10:05. > :10:09.the case after the prosecution said there was not enough evidence. Jem

:10:09. > :10:13.Mason's home in a Suffolk village. She fell out with a black neighbour

:10:13. > :10:17.over a planning dispute and then over what was put in a window. The

:10:17. > :10:21.golliwog, put there in August, brought a complaint to the police

:10:21. > :10:26.from a neighbour. Mrs Mason was arrested and later charged with

:10:26. > :10:29.racial harassment. She arrived at court in September, reluctant to

:10:29. > :10:39.appear on camera. Released on unconditional bail the trial was

:10:39. > :10:41.set to go ahead in January. Today, the case collapsed. It was Chris

:10:41. > :10:46.McCann of the Crown Prosecution Service to addressed the court this

:10:46. > :10:49.morning. He said it had to be proved it was Mrs Mason who placed

:10:49. > :10:54.the ball up in a position likely to cause her neighbours racially

:10:54. > :10:58.aggravated harassment, alarm or distress. In fact, he said, four

:10:58. > :11:02.adults had access to the window and it could not be established to put

:11:02. > :11:06.the ball there. The evidence was insufficient and there was no

:11:06. > :11:13.realistic prospect of conviction. She has always denied that she

:11:13. > :11:17.intended to racially harassed or insult her neighbours. She feels

:11:17. > :11:20.her life has been turned upside down for the last two for three

:11:20. > :11:25.months as a result of the case and she would like to try and get back

:11:25. > :11:29.to some degree of normality in her family life. She would also like to

:11:29. > :11:32.try, if possible, to rebuild her relationship with our neighbours.

:11:33. > :11:36.At the end of the day, they still live next to each other. According

:11:37. > :11:43.to the CPS, the case of the golliwog in the window has cost the

:11:43. > :11:48.family a great deal of upset. It had met with them to explain its

:11:48. > :11:53.reasons for not pursuing prosecution. Today, the window

:11:53. > :11:56.showed nothing more controversial than a display of flowers.

:11:56. > :11:59.A woman has been killed in a bungalow fire at Benfleet in Essex.

:11:59. > :12:01.Crews were called to the home in Rayleigh Road just after 9:30pm

:12:01. > :12:04.yesterday. The bedroom was seriously damaged by the fire. An

:12:04. > :12:10.investigation is now under way. Detectives investigating a fatal

:12:10. > :12:13.stabbing in Ipswich have charged a 21-year-old man with murder. The

:12:13. > :12:15.victim, named by police as Lee Jackson, was found dead in flats at

:12:15. > :12:17.Chesterton Close on the Chantry Estate on Saturday. Sebastian

:12:17. > :12:23.Kornjaca, an electrical engineer from Ipswich, will appear before

:12:23. > :12:27.magistrates tomorrow. The Duchess of Cornwall has been in

:12:27. > :12:30.Essex today to see how children are helped to overcome a morbid fear of

:12:30. > :12:40.dogs. The condition is called cynophobia, and the Essex Dog

:12:40. > :12:40.

:12:40. > :12:44.Training Centre is one of the few places that provides treatment.

:12:44. > :12:51.Moments after arriving, wearing a purple and green jacket and pleated

:12:51. > :12:56.skirt, it was clear the duchess was in her element. This was the first

:12:56. > :13:01.dog on which her Royal Highness lavished attention. This 24-year-

:13:01. > :13:06.old dog performed at the Royal Tournament in 1997. I have to train

:13:06. > :13:11.her with hand signals because she is slightly blind and slightly deaf.

:13:11. > :13:15.The quality of life is fantastic. Inside the Essex Dog Training

:13:15. > :13:22.Centre in Brentwood, the Duchess met children or overcoming a morbid

:13:22. > :13:26.fear of dogs. It can make children afraid to go out. Weekly sessions

:13:26. > :13:32.with a gentle dogs at the centre turns many sufferers into dog-

:13:32. > :13:37.lovers. I was in my pram when I was about three and his big dog came up

:13:37. > :13:41.to me and was all over my face. I did not like it. I remember being

:13:41. > :13:45.in the woods with Emily and she panicked when she saw a dog. What

:13:45. > :13:49.was it like to have the Duchess of Cornwall here today? It is good for

:13:49. > :13:52.the centre. It needs promotion. It is also good for the classes

:13:52. > :13:55.because it is something that is not very commonly known about in the UK

:13:55. > :14:01.and there must be many children who are suffering the same thing as

:14:01. > :14:06.Emily. Then a chance to see a training class. Not all dogs,

:14:06. > :14:13.though, observe royal protocol. The Duchess may have been looking for

:14:13. > :14:17.some tips. Earlier this year, she adopted a Jack Russell. She said

:14:17. > :14:21.she only wished she lived closer to the training centre and she would

:14:21. > :14:26.attend it with a dog. That would be great. Then the Duchess saw what

:14:27. > :14:30.dogs can do given proper training. A mixture of fortunes for our local

:14:30. > :14:34.football teams over the weekend. And a big away game in front of the

:14:34. > :14:37.TV cameras for Norwich City. Here is Phil.

:14:37. > :14:39.That's right. After pushing Manchester United all the way at

:14:39. > :14:42.Old Trafford and worrying Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, Norwich City's

:14:42. > :14:45.task this weekend was at Kenny Dalglish's Liverpool. But Canary

:14:45. > :14:53.fans certainly were not making the 500-mile round trip to make up the

:14:53. > :14:56.numbers. There was a time when a trip to

:14:56. > :15:03.Anfield would strike fear into the hearts of Norwich City fans, but

:15:03. > :15:07.times have changed. The dark days are over. Three wins out of the

:15:07. > :15:14.last four and Norwich fans are buzzing. If we keep playing like we

:15:14. > :15:19.have been we might get a draw out of it. Every chance of getting a

:15:19. > :15:29.point here, I think. 5 points of the Champions League - cannot

:15:29. > :15:35.

:15:35. > :15:39.complain. There was that Wanderers volley

:15:39. > :15:45.into the top corner past David James. Norwich have not had a clean

:15:45. > :15:52.sheet this season so what a great place for them to start off. Good

:15:53. > :16:02.luck to them. It was another former Canary that caused problems - Craig

:16:02. > :16:12.Canary that caused problems - Craig Canary that caused problems - Craig

:16:12. > :16:15.

:16:15. > :16:22.Bellamy setting up - Soares. Liverpool could have won it through

:16:22. > :16:32.Andy Carroll. 1-1 it finished. One point for Norwich on the road -

:16:32. > :16:35.more than many Norwich fans could have hoped. You cannot ask for more.

:16:35. > :16:39.They have come here and done the business. What more do you want?

:16:39. > :16:43.While the journey back in a Ford might have been long, it was

:16:43. > :16:48.certainly enjoyable for fans in yellow and green. Next up,

:16:48. > :16:51.Blackburn at Carrow Road next weekend.

:16:51. > :16:55.So this is what the Premier League table looks like after the

:16:55. > :16:57.weekend's action. Norwich safely in the top half after that point at

:16:57. > :17:01.Liverpool, but more importantly, six points clear of the relegation

:17:01. > :17:09.zone. Plenty of goals and cards for the other clubs in our region. Kate

:17:09. > :17:14.Riley begins our round-up in the Championship.

:17:14. > :17:16.Ipswich Town hosted Crystal Palace at Portman Road. They have had four

:17:16. > :17:24.at Portman Road. They have had four successive home wins in the Premier

:17:24. > :17:28.League. The finish here matched the quality of the cross. The

:17:28. > :17:38.goalkeepers were kept busy, each keeping their side in the game.

:17:38. > :17:38.

:17:38. > :17:48.That was, until the 55th minute. It was enough for 1-0 win. There were

:17:48. > :17:49.

:17:49. > :17:53.more goals at Peterborough, who entertain Leeds. Mark Little got an

:17:53. > :17:58.equaliser in the dying minutes. Five minutes into injury time,

:17:58. > :18:02.Leeds stole the win. Colchester held Sheffield Wednesday foreign

:18:02. > :18:12.hour Until the hosts broke the deadlock. The second for Wednesday

:18:12. > :18:13.

:18:13. > :18:17.sealed the game and the points. Dickinson and Phillips found the

:18:17. > :18:23.net for the Mack Blues as they rounded off a 4-1 win to stay

:18:23. > :18:26.And you can see every goal from the weekend's action on the BBC sport

:18:26. > :18:30.website. Go to bbc.co.uk/sport to see them. You will also find the

:18:30. > :18:32.latest news and fixtures for your favourite club. Colchester and

:18:32. > :18:39.Southend returned to league action tomorrow night. Colchester host

:18:39. > :18:42.Bournemouth, while Southend make the journey to Barnet. As well as

:18:42. > :18:50.live commentary on your local BBC radio station, you will find

:18:50. > :18:59.regular updates here on our website. You're watching Look East from the

:19:00. > :19:03.BBC. Coming up: Elena serves up a treat for the girls.

:19:03. > :19:07.Next tonight, the cost of care and an offer which seems too good to be

:19:07. > :19:10.true. Here it is. It can cost you 1,000 a week to be looked after in

:19:11. > :19:14.old age, but a businessman from Norfolk claims he has a way of

:19:14. > :19:17.avoiding it. People planning for their old age are told that they

:19:17. > :19:20.can escape paying the fees, even if they have savings. The man behind

:19:20. > :19:27.the scheme is the subject of an investigation by the Inside Out

:19:27. > :19:31.programme tonight. She wants to make sure that be

:19:31. > :19:36.the's inherent in... The man behind the Universal Group

:19:36. > :19:40.is Stephen Lumb. In his seminars he makes many claims that he and his

:19:40. > :19:45.company are very well connected and important. How accurate are his

:19:45. > :19:49.claims about his products? Are under cover producer asks Steve

:19:49. > :19:53.Long if an elderly person who is not well could use one of the

:19:53. > :19:58.trusts to avoid fees. Provided he has not already been assessed and

:19:58. > :20:01.is not receiving care, it is straight forward. The local

:20:01. > :20:06.authority will look at the reasons that the trust was created and, if

:20:06. > :20:12.they feel it was done for the purpose of putting the asset beyond

:20:12. > :20:15.their reach, then, of course, they could take it into account in an

:20:15. > :20:22.assessment and treat the person is that they still owned the asset.

:20:22. > :20:26.We wrote to Mr Long to ask why he gives misleading statements. His

:20:27. > :20:30.office told us he was out of the country until the end of this week.

:20:30. > :20:34.Then the Office claimed that some of his mistakes were due to any

:20:34. > :20:37.infection. Well I hope his hearing is better because he is still in

:20:37. > :20:41.the country and he is giving a seminar at this hotel in Gloucester.

:20:41. > :20:44.His office said that Universal Asset Protection is totally

:20:44. > :20:51.committed to excellent customer care and that their fees are not

:20:51. > :20:56.excessive. Mr Long has not given specific answers to most of our

:20:56. > :20:59.questions. By have to ask your question, Mr Long. Why is it you

:20:59. > :21:05.are selling a product called How to avoid care fees when, by marketing

:21:05. > :21:09.it as that, you are, in fact, possibly rendering it useless?

:21:09. > :21:13.is not the advice that we have received. It is nice of you to come

:21:13. > :21:16.unannounced into a seminar. We have been in touch with you, Mr Long,

:21:16. > :21:20.and we have asked a number of questions about the validity of

:21:20. > :21:23.these trusts. Actually, by advertising your cells as how to

:21:24. > :21:28.avoid care fees, you are kind of shooting yourself in that the

:21:28. > :21:33.debate, aren't you? It is not the advice we have received the stop

:21:33. > :21:37.who had you received advice from? This is from the Government. Who is

:21:37. > :21:41.wrong, you're the government? have put me on the spot you.

:21:41. > :21:46.have because you Office told us you were out of the country and that is

:21:46. > :21:49.not the case, is it? You have here. I am not prepared to discuss on

:21:49. > :21:54.television the intellectual property that we have. All I can

:21:54. > :21:57.say is that the prop -- the product that we use has a 100% track record.

:21:57. > :22:01.We have documentary evidence of local authorities accepting that it

:22:01. > :22:05.works. You market yourself as one of only five companies that

:22:05. > :22:10.specialises in this type of elderly care trust. That is not true either,

:22:10. > :22:14.is it? We say that we are one of five specialist providers that

:22:14. > :22:17.provide these for other people. Any firm of solicitors who knows and

:22:17. > :22:25.understands the rules are run this would be able to do that. Strange

:22:25. > :22:29.that he said the opposite when he did not know he was being recorded.

:22:29. > :22:33.It is a specialist niche. There are probably $5 in the country that can

:22:33. > :22:38.do it. Which Mr Long should we believe and what can you do about

:22:38. > :22:42.this? If you're thinking about a trust to avoid fees, remember that

:22:42. > :22:45.they are not suitable for everyone and they may not work.

:22:45. > :22:51.And you can see David Whiteley's full report later on Inside Out.

:22:51. > :22:55.That is here on BBC 1 at half past seven.

:22:55. > :22:59.Do you know somebody who is a real unsung hero when it comes to sport

:22:59. > :23:03.- the people who do all the hard work but are very modest about it?

:23:03. > :23:06.If you do, now would be a good time to do something about it. We are

:23:06. > :23:08.looking for nominations for the BBC Sports Unsung Hero Award. Over the

:23:08. > :23:11.last two years, our region has provided the national winner. Elena

:23:11. > :23:21.Baltacha - Britain's number one tennis player from Ipswich - would

:23:21. > :23:27.like to make it three in a row. Elena Baltacha is at the top of her

:23:27. > :23:31.game - British No. 1, London 22 of next year, and her own tennis

:23:31. > :23:34.academy in Ipswich. Who has got the right leg in front of Stead --

:23:34. > :23:38.instead of the left? The academy is for girls who would not normally

:23:38. > :23:42.get the chance to play tennis. It is her way of giving something back.

:23:42. > :23:49.How many do you think you can do? She knows the value of that because,

:23:49. > :23:57.if it were not for our own coach -- for her own coach, she would not be

:23:57. > :24:03.where she is. He has given me a lot of support and belief. I think that

:24:03. > :24:13.everything that I have achieved is down to him. I hour him so much.

:24:13. > :24:22.

:24:22. > :24:28.The winner is lines had if. Can we find another local winner?

:24:28. > :24:32.He is so passionate and he has that drive and wants to give everything.

:24:32. > :24:36.It would be great to get one of them to at least Wimbledon. In

:24:36. > :24:39.return, he does not ask for anything. He does not get paid. He

:24:39. > :24:43.does it purely because he is so passionate and he loves it. When

:24:43. > :24:48.you talk about unsung heroes, that is the type of people that do

:24:48. > :24:52.things like that. The window closes at the end of the month but do it

:24:52. > :24:59.today so that doors can open for the unsung hero when your sporting

:24:59. > :25:00.life. -- in your sporting life. To nominate you're unsung hero,

:25:00. > :25:10.just go to bbc.co.uk/sportsunsunghero and all

:25:10. > :25:13.

:25:13. > :25:18.It has been quite find today but there is some wet weather on the

:25:18. > :25:22.way. This weather front has been steadily moving across the country,

:25:22. > :25:26.and it has brought some heavy rain for the south-west. You can see it

:25:26. > :25:30.on the radar charred from earlier. It will reach us eventually but it

:25:31. > :25:35.is not expected to be quite as intense once it does. The bulk of

:25:35. > :25:39.the rain will arrive overnight. Forced the rest -- for the rest of

:25:39. > :25:44.the region it is later on this evening. Around 9pm we will see the

:25:44. > :25:54.first rain moving through. It should start to dry out in the West

:25:54. > :25:54.

:25:54. > :26:04.over night, leaving cloud around. It will stay pretty mild. The wind

:26:04. > :26:06.

:26:06. > :26:15.is coming from the south-east. We have some strong wind speeds around

:26:15. > :26:20.the Norfolk and Suffolk coast. It will not be quite such a windy day

:26:20. > :26:24.tomorrow. There will be some early rain to clear first thing. There

:26:24. > :26:34.will be some sunny spells developing. It is parts of eastern

:26:34. > :26:44.Suffolk and the north-east of fog that will see some early rainfall.

:26:44. > :26:51.

:26:51. > :26:56.-- and north-eastern or fork. -- There will be further spells of

:26:56. > :27:00.sunshine through the afternoon. We are expecting some for the showers

:27:00. > :27:10.in the earring. They could merge together to form longer spells of

:27:10. > :27:15.

:27:15. > :27:22.rain. The overnight rain tonight could produce perhaps 10 mm. It

:27:22. > :27:24.looks mostly dry for Wednesday. The wind is lighter as a weak ridge of
