:01:03. > :01:06.the Thames estuary had to be closed, as was the port of Felixstowe. In a
:01:06. > :01:16.moment, forecaster Chris Bell on why it happened. But first, our

:05:44. > :05:48.woman's body on the Queen's estate at Sandringham say they are
:05:48. > :05:54.treating the case as murder. The body was found in woodland near the
:05:54. > :06:00.hamlet of Anmer. Victoria Cook is there now. They Sandringham estate
:06:00. > :06:04.is fast. This body was discovered a mile from the Queen's Norfolk
:06:04. > :06:08.residents. In the last 15 minutes we have had an update from Norfolk
:06:08. > :06:14.police who said it was the body of a young, adult woman that was found.
:06:14. > :06:19.She had been an from between a month to up to four months. The
:06:19. > :06:25.body was discovered by a double Cup on Sunday afternoon. Police have
:06:25. > :06:29.not been able to identify the women. They do not know the identity but
:06:29. > :06:33.they will start their investigation by looking into missing persons
:06:33. > :06:39.reports. We are focusing at the moment on missing people. We will
:06:39. > :06:43.prioritise those missing closer to here and further away. We will work
:06:43. > :06:50.our way out. At the same time there will be things established during
:06:50. > :06:53.the postmortem that maybe lead to run identification of the victim
:06:53. > :07:00.anyway. -- and identification. Hopefully we will have a good idea
:07:00. > :07:05.of who we are dealing with. What are you expecting to happen next?

:07:10. > :07:13.coroner. The body of the woman was taken to the Queen Elizabeth
:07:13. > :07:20.Hospital in King's Lynn. The postmortem has been carried out

:07:25. > :07:30.say some details of this murder will not be released quite so soon.
:07:30. > :07:33.There is a good and deliberate reason for that. Details such as
:07:33. > :07:38.the state the body was found in and whether the woman was rain

:08:53. > :09:00.He woke up with a smile every day. He lost his life at the age of just
:09:00. > :09:05.three, in a tragic car crash. This was the man responsible. He was
:09:05. > :09:11.driving along the road and going at a steady speed of 40 miles an hour.
:09:11. > :09:16.He was driving carefully. He made a catastrophic mistake. He ended up
:09:16. > :09:20.on the wrong side of the road. That led to the head on collision that
:09:20. > :09:26.killed Henry. He was visiting the market with the ambition of
:09:26. > :09:30.becoming a horse trainer. He was driving a friends Jaguar uninsured.
:09:31. > :09:37.The court heard he believed he was covered because in Dubai, the car
:09:37. > :09:43.is covered and not the driver. He had made a tragic mistake. He was
:09:43. > :09:49.jailed for two years the stock he began to cry. The court heard of
:09:49. > :09:55.how he wanted to meet with the family of Henry to tell them of the
:09:55. > :10:00.regret. If any person had done what he had done by mistake, they have
:10:00. > :10:05.got to have that feeling, surely. Taking the life of the child...

:10:09. > :10:15.to live without him for the rest of their first. He was a happy little
:10:15. > :10:20.boy that loved every day. It is always good memories. They were

:12:47. > :12:51.caring for People appropriately. The Care Quality Commission says it
:12:51. > :12:54.inspected the hospital again on 7th December. It will release its
:12:54. > :12:58.report in the near future. Norwich Airport's development fee has
:12:58. > :13:01.doubled to �10 from today. The airport says the money will pay for
:13:01. > :13:05.better facilities for passengers. When it was introduced in 2007,
:13:05. > :13:09.opponents called it a tax on travelling. The money has funded a
:13:09. > :13:19.�14 million investment programme. Airport managers say the 100%

:19:33. > :19:36.are happening as well. Confidence is so important to this recovery.

:19:43. > :19:49.nowhere. This will be a year of unprecedented investment in
:19:49. > :19:53.infrastructure. The A11 and A14 will be improved. MPs will lobby
:19:53. > :19:57.hard for the region's railways. There will be more homes built,
:19:57. > :20:03.some in the countryside. One government critics says it could be
:20:03. > :20:06.the next big flash point. We need to protect the countryside and our
:20:06. > :20:12.green areas. I acknowledge the coalition government wants to free
:20:12. > :20:16.of planning. We need to not throw out the baby with the bath water.
:20:16. > :20:21.The controversial policy of creating free schools and academies
:20:21. > :20:27.will continue apace. The health reforms will start to bite. What
:20:27. > :20:33.will happen in Iran and the Middle East? There were fireworks at New
:20:33. > :20:36.Year. It will be the year of change and uncertainty. And tomorrow we'll
:20:36. > :20:41.report on the prospects for the region's economy in 2012 with
:20:41. > :20:44.Richard Bond. But, next tonight, the prospects for our shops. In the
:20:44. > :20:47.run-up to Christmas, we spoke to a number of retailers in Milton
