:01:54. > :01:59.I've been travelling on it for probably 13 years and they have
:02:00. > :02:03.upgraded the trains and it has been Good news.
:02:04. > :02:10.I remember the old on this line and they are so much
:02:11. > :02:16.better and punctuality the government will get ?2 billion
:02:17. > :02:21.in franchise payments. get ?160 million in improvements,
:02:22. > :02:26.including free Wi`Fi. There are 70 new trains
:02:27. > :02:29.and will provide 25,000 new seats of the morning peak
:02:30. > :02:36.which is great news for people travelling at that time of day.
:02:37. > :02:40.A key part of this franchise is a new compensation scheme so
:02:41. > :02:45.if you are a passenger that has a smart card, you will get
:02:46. > :02:47.automatic compensation if your train is more than two minutes late.
