:00:39. > :00:42.But now it's emerged the Local Government Secretary Dric

:00:43. > :00:46.Pickles is exercising his powers to call the plans in

:00:47. > :00:49.That means he, not the local council, will have the last say

:00:50. > :00:52.There's relief in the Newmarket s racing industry.

:00:53. > :00:55.Along with the town's MP, Matthew Hancock, It had been calling

:00:56. > :01:01.We all see ourselves as trustees of this fantastic place

:01:02. > :01:04.for the future and it's the future, actually, it's not necessarhly going

:01:05. > :01:10.to disappear tomorrow, but ht's the long`term decline we are afraid of.

:02:22. > :02:26.after him, it's such a big honour to do that for our family becatse James

:02:27. > :02:36.So it's amazing, and it's a legacy for everyone to see as well.

:02:37. > :02:39.Lance Corporal Ashworth was just 23 when he died

:02:40. > :02:44.He was leading a platoon in an attack on an enemy colpound.

:02:45. > :02:48.He was serving with the 1st Battalion Grenadier Guards.

:02:49. > :02:53.James Ashworth's former reghment is coming here one of 48 te`ms

:02:54. > :02:58.It's a charity tournament that's been held annually since his death.

:02:59. > :03:02.This is the first time it's been held here at Corby town.

:03:03. > :03:07.We went over to Paris, did a football tournament there with

:03:08. > :03:09.the Battalion, so it was a big part of his life.

:03:10. > :03:15.I think it's a fitting tribtte to James today, to put on a dax

:03:16. > :03:18.like this, to show the support that Corby have got behind him.

:03:19. > :03:21.We first started in 2012 and we finally got it at

:03:22. > :03:25.Corby Town Football Club with a lot of great help.

:03:26. > :03:27.Hopefully, we will make somd good money for the charities.

:03:28. > :03:29.In fact, it's hoped two charities, including the

:03:30. > :03:33.British Limbless Ex`servicelen's Association will benefit to

:03:34. > :03:44.the tune of several thousand pounds in James Ashworth's memory.

:03:45. > :03:45.Golf, and Northamptonshire's Charley Hull has

:03:46. > :03:48.put herself back in contenthon at the Women's British Open

:03:49. > :03:50.after carding a six`under`p`r 6 in her third round at Royal Birkdale.

:03:51. > :03:54.The 18`year`old began the d`y 1 shots off the lead but returned to

:03:55. > :04:01.the clubhouse one under, three shots off the leader, Korea's Inbde Park.

:04:23. > :04:26.It'll be quite a warm night with temperatures only down to 16 or 17.

:04:27. > :04:29.We will see the remnants of that rain in the morning.

:04:30. > :04:33.Quite a cloudy start tomorrow. Most of the day is pretty cloudy.

:04:34. > :04:38.Later on, a little bit of brightness occurring, but some heavier showers

:04:39. > :04:42.as well, so, tomorrow, temperatures up to 21 Celsits as we

:04:43. > :04:48.But a much drier, brighter week to come.
