:00:25. > :00:29.but was cancelled at the last minute over safety fears.

:00:30. > :00:32.In Colchester today, there were hundreds of people feeling just the

:00:33. > :00:38.same as Rosie and her mum, Sandra ` frustrated, disappointed and angry.

:00:39. > :00:44.I just cannot believe that they d see kids disappointed like this

:00:47. > :00:48.a long way away to watch the concert.

:00:49. > :00:50.Rosie, who is 15, had been rehearsing since June

:00:51. > :00:54.with other youngsters from the Debbie Miller School Of Dance.

:00:55. > :00:57.More than half a dozen other local dance groups have done the same

:00:58. > :00:59.But, late on Thursday, there came news that the evdnt,

:01:28. > :01:30.if they wanted to take part and that ticket money, it appears,

:01:31. > :01:38.This morning, we call at the home of the director of I Am Mushc.

:01:45. > :01:47.He said he didn't know if or when the concert would be reorganised.

:02:03. > :02:06.Also, there were no toilets being laid on for the crowds.

:02:07. > :02:08.The event had a licence for 8,500 people.

:04:38. > :04:43.The key about the showers is that not only will they have lightning

:04:44. > :04:47.But there will be plenty of sunshine either side

:04:48. > :04:50.and that sunshine returns to us on Tuesday as well.
