:00:47. > :00:49.It's one of the groups whose lobbying has

:00:50. > :00:51.I fully respect English Heritage's view

:00:52. > :00:54.on this, but I think they've got it wrong.

:00:55. > :00:57.And I hope, really, genuinely, it does not cause a huge delay because

:00:58. > :01:01.every time the implementation of the scheme gets delayed, evdry year

:01:02. > :01:07.that goes by, that is anothdr ? million to the cost of the scheme.

:01:08. > :01:11.There have already been years of planning and consultation

:01:12. > :01:13.on the ?30 million road, and it has provoked strong feelings

:01:14. > :01:23.It is fair that Eric Pickles has a look at ht.

:01:24. > :01:29.I think the ramifications if he translate that, and he insists on a

:01:30. > :01:31.full`scale public inquiry, because then we will only hear exactly the

:01:32. > :01:34.same arguments that we've bden log jammed with for the last few years.

:01:35. > :01:36.It was Mr Pickles' ordering of a public inquirx

:01:37. > :01:40.into a waste incinerator in King's Lynn and his lack of a final

:01:41. > :01:43.decision that effectively khlled off that scheme, but in July he called

:01:44. > :01:45.on plans for a housing estate in Newmarket, even though dhstrict

:01:46. > :01:53.Councillors will still vote on the Ely bypass tomorrow, but

:03:09. > :03:14.and in Cambridge, where the service seems to have gone down well.

:03:15. > :03:23.I do not have to rush from work in all the traffic, so it is brilliant.

:03:24. > :03:28.It is a really good move. I work every day so it is hard to pick it

:03:29. > :03:30.up. Everyone buys anything online now, so being able to collect it on

:03:31. > :03:35.a Sunday is attractive. continues to go well. With news of

:05:08. > :05:21.It turned into a dry day, and that is what we are looking for this

:05:22. > :05:25.week. There are some cool nhghts to come, including tonight, whdre

:05:26. > :05:29.temperatures just about hold on in double figures, but as low `s six or

:05:30. > :05:33.seven in the countryside. A beautiful start to the workhng week.

:05:34. > :05:37.Staying dry through the aftdrnoon, but the cloud will not spoil things,

:05:38. > :05:39.with the top temperature of 20. Staying dry through this wedk but we

:05:40. > :05:42.will have some cloud. I'll be back with an update

:05:43. > :05:44.at 10:30pm. Some cloud towards the south

:05:45. > :05:47.and east as we go through the day, it will stay dry with varying

:05:48. > :05:50.amounts of sunshine and 22 degrees Through this week we are looking dry

:05:51. > :05:55.and settled, some cloud around at That's it I'll be back just

:05:56. > :06:12.after 10:30pm, Good evening. Most of us had a

:06:13. > :06:15.lovely end to the weekend but the exception was the north-east of

:06:16. > :06:18.Scotland. It was cold, wet and windy but the low responsible is now

:06:19. > :06:21.moving away and we have high pressure moving its way in from the

:06:22. > :06:24.West. The pressure is rising all the while over the next few days which

:06:25. > :06:28.will settle things down nicely and it will be dry pretty much all week.

:06:29. > :06:33.But the forecasting headache will be the amount of cloud. The next few

:06:34. > :06:36.hours will still be pretty wet and windy in the north-east of Scotland

:06:37. > :06:40.but through the small hours the ring becomes quite liked and patchy.

:06:41. > :06:45.Elsewhere it is a dry night, a few patches of low cloud here and there

:06:46. > :06:49.but for many it is a night of clear spells, and major towns and cities

:06:50. > :06:53.will be a degree either side of double figures but in rural areas

:06:54. > :06:57.temperatures could reach as low as one degree. Northern Scotland will

:06:58. > :07:00.be cloudy and breezy, not much Rangers peak of but they will be

:07:01. > :07:03.some. The central lowlands will see a decent start the day and so will

:07:04. > :07:06.Northern Ireland, and the rest of England and Wales there will be a

:07:07. > :07:07.few patches of cloud but
