:00:00. > :00:10.BBC Two in a few moments, asking what lessons the flood

:00:11. > :00:15.Good evening. First tonight, questions and confusion over the

:00:16. > :00:19.future of Papworth Hospital. The Government is now reviewing its plan

:00:20. > :00:22.to move the hospital from its site near Huntingdon to Cambridge. The

:00:23. > :00:25.move has been planned for years. Work was due to start on a new

:00:26. > :00:28.multi`million pound site near Addenbrooke's this summer. But it's

:00:29. > :00:32.now emerged the project hasn't been signed off yet and the Government is

:00:33. > :00:40.looking again at the benefits of the move and it's affordability. This

:00:41. > :00:46.report from Ben Bland. Papworth Hospital. It was here they

:00:47. > :00:50.carried out the UK's first successful transplant in 1979. Now,

:00:51. > :00:54.the UK's biggest centre for heart and lungs Andre, `` surgery,

:00:55. > :00:58.treating many patients per year. It treating many patients per year It

:00:59. > :01:02.has outgrown its ageing holdings and in December, the Chief Executive

:01:03. > :01:05.told Luke East that it would move to a brand`new site right next to

:01:06. > :01:12.Addenbrooke's Hospital. The plans are already well advanced. This

:01:13. > :01:15.artist's impression was created showing how it would look.

:01:16. > :01:20.Construction work, due to work this summer. The hospital complete by

:01:21. > :01:24.2017. Now, the Government has ordered a review of the whole move,

:01:25. > :01:28.looking at whether it makes sense financially and how much patients

:01:29. > :01:31.would benefit. Clearly was very disappointed that we were informed

:01:32. > :01:36.of this literally the Friday before Christmas. What we are aiming to do

:01:37. > :01:39.is to give the answers back to the Treasury as quickly as possible so

:01:40. > :01:45.that then they can be in a position to give as a speedy answer. I would

:01:46. > :01:49.hope that certainly by early to mid March, that all the information they

:01:50. > :01:52.need they will have. The Department of Health wouldn't let anyone

:01:53. > :02:03.forward for interview but in a statement, said...

:02:04. > :02:08.An alternative option that has been considered is moving it to Peter

:02:09. > :02:11.Bratt instead. The trust that runs that hospital is in financial

:02:12. > :02:17.trouble, unable to afford the cost of its new building. ``

:02:18. > :02:22.Peterborough. There is unused space which Papworth could move into. The

:02:23. > :02:28.financial issues around Peterborough Prison big that moving part with

:02:29. > :02:31.their, clinically would be wrong, but it would also make it relatively

:02:32. > :02:35.small dent in the size of the deficit. People travel from across

:02:36. > :02:39.the region for treatment at Papworth. Even Prince Phillip had

:02:40. > :02:43.heart surgery there one Christmas. They moved to Cambridge would cost

:02:44. > :02:45.up to ?170 million. The Government says it is expecting to make a

:02:46. > :02:49.decision soon. A body has been found in a river in

:02:50. > :02:53.Leighton Buzzard. Bedfordshire Police won't be drawn on speculation

:02:54. > :02:56.that it might be that of Neil Devlin, the local man who went

:02:57. > :02:59.missing on New Year's Day. Waseem Mirza is here now. What more can you

:03:00. > :03:03.tell us? Police and firefighters were called

:03:04. > :03:06.to the River Ouzel at the back of a street named Taylor's Ride, in

:03:07. > :03:12.Leighton Buzzard, at 2:45 this afternoon. A member of the public

:03:13. > :03:19.raised the alarm after seeing a body in the waters. Now within the last

:03:20. > :03:22.few hours, officers have told me that a body has since been found.

:03:23. > :03:25.Yes, it's almost seven weeks since Neil Devlin went missing in Leighton

:03:26. > :03:29.Buzzard after leaving a friend's house on New Year's Day. He was

:03:30. > :03:32.reported missing after he failed to turn up for his job at Morrisons.

:03:33. > :03:35.The 36`year`old has mild learning difficulties and at the time police

:03:36. > :03:37.searched stretches of water in Leighton Buzzard. Tonight,

:03:38. > :03:44.Bedfordshire Police won't speculate on the identity of the body that's

:03:45. > :03:47.been found. They say their investigations are ongoing.

:03:48. > :03:51.Thank you very much. Next, to a row in Northamptonshire

:03:52. > :03:54.over the phasing out of middle schools. The County Council released

:03:55. > :03:56.more details about its plans today but many parents aren't convinced.

:03:57. > :03:59.At the moment in East Northamptonshire there are lower,

:04:00. > :04:02.middle and upper schools but the council wants to reduce that to just

:04:03. > :04:11.primary and secondary schools. It will affect 13 schools and aims to

:04:12. > :04:14.raise standards. The future of Northamptonshire's

:04:15. > :04:18.Middle schools has certainly sparked many heated discussions. The council

:04:19. > :04:22.insist no decisions have been made. If the loud voice is that we don't

:04:23. > :04:27.want this to happen, the County Council will step away from it. Then

:04:28. > :04:31.it will be down to each individual school to deal with the impact of

:04:32. > :04:38.that themselves and to deal with the costs of that themselves. It would

:04:39. > :04:42.be a fractured system. This is an example of where you have the lower

:04:43. > :04:45.and middle schools right next door to each other. Some parents have

:04:46. > :04:48.raised concerns that if the middle school were too close, some of the

:04:49. > :04:51.buildings would be sold off for redevelopment, something they say

:04:52. > :04:56.would you short`sighted, particularly in such a growing area.

:04:57. > :05:00.The County Council fee that would not happen. Instead, the buildings

:05:01. > :05:04.would be retained and incorporated into one large primary school.

:05:05. > :05:08.Parents are also worried about standards. This middle school

:05:09. > :05:13.received a good Ofsted rating, whereas its replacement requires

:05:14. > :05:19.improvements, which the school says are taking place. I think trajectory

:05:20. > :05:23.is that we are on a trajectory to good. That is where we want to be in

:05:24. > :05:27.the next step, which we expect sometime in September. Northampton

:05:28. > :05:30.abolished its middle schools ten years ago and they are, the council

:05:31. > :05:46.says the figures speak for themselves. In 2003, 46.2 above got

:05:47. > :05:50.high GCSEs. For Priscilla, it is a case of deja vu having fought

:05:51. > :05:53.against the system in the 1970s supplied a Mac it shows that to tear

:05:54. > :06:01.his work. The majority of the country has two tear. It is ironic

:06:02. > :06:04.because my vision was proved right. The consultation runs until the

:06:05. > :06:06.middle of March and the council insists it is listening and all

:06:07. > :06:09.views are welcome. In football, Peterborough United are

:06:10. > :06:13.back at Wembley for the first time in 14 years after beating Swindon

:06:14. > :06:15.Town in a penalty shoot`out to reach the final of the Johnstone's Paint

:06:16. > :06:18.Trophy. Tommy Rowe scored the crucial

:06:19. > :06:22.spot`kick in the past hour. Posh had to come from a 1`0 down, conceding

:06:23. > :06:25.after half an hour. Top scorer Britt Assombalonga with the equaliser

:06:26. > :06:31.after 75 minutes, before Posh won a tense shoot`out 4`3. They'll play

:06:32. > :06:37.the winner of Chesterfield against Fleetwood tomorrow night.

:06:38. > :06:43.That's it from Look East but let's finish with the weather and Julie

:06:44. > :06:47.Reinger. Hello. Further outbreaks of rain

:06:48. > :06:50.moving eastwards during tonight. Could have some heavy bursts mixed

:06:51. > :06:55.in but it should be a frost`free night, with temperatures down to six

:06:56. > :07:00.degrees. Light to moderate southerly winds. Tomorrow, perhaps a bit of

:07:01. > :07:03.mist and perhaps some fog for some others. Generally cloudy skies once

:07:04. > :07:07.that has cleared with a little bit of brightness and sunshine if we are

:07:08. > :07:12.lucky. A scattering of showers, some of which could be heavy with thunder

:07:13. > :07:15.and hail mixed in. Highs of around 10 degrees and with light

:07:16. > :07:19.south`westerly winds, these showers, even in the afternoon, I likely to

:07:20. > :07:23.be slow`moving and could be on the heavy side. Becoming less widespread

:07:24. > :07:26.as we head into tomorrow evening. Nina has a national forecast but I

:07:27. > :07:32.will leave you with the Outlook. Wednesday is looking cloudy but dry.

:07:33. > :07:38.for the most part on Wednesday, it will turn more

:07:39. > :07:46.Whilst across the whole of the country the general weather pattern

:07:47. > :07:50.shows no signs of completely settling down there is some good

:07:51. > :07:53.news. There will be some drier spells over the next couple of days,
