:04:16. > :04:19.close to a collision. A traffic control was not found to be at full
:04:20. > :04:26.in any of these investigations, but the CAA noted that radar was not
:04:27. > :04:38.always operating. The near lisses are still happening. We took our
:04:39. > :04:44.findings to an independent `viation consultant. The airport in puestion
:04:45. > :04:52.is simply not doing enough to ensure the safety of operations. It is
:04:53. > :05:02.deeply worrying that an airport will cut corners to cut the cost of
:05:03. > :05:07.operations. So who is to bl`me? The management for not investing and
:05:08. > :05:11.also the CAA for not looking closely enough. In a statement, the civil
:05:12. > :05:26.aviation authority told us: They would not comment on the
:05:27. > :05:30.evidence in our report. So what has been the response from
