:01:42. > :01:44.and the rap video he made. Just hour after it was seen
:01:45. > :01:49.on the web, the teenager was surrounded, beaten, stabbed
:01:50. > :01:54.on a suburban Bedford street. Viciously attacked with him,
:01:55. > :01:57.his friend, a meat cleaver Today, these two men were
:01:58. > :02:07.found guilty for his attack. Two of four all found guiltx
:02:08. > :02:09.of murder. Young men aged 19 to 22 who here
:02:10. > :02:12.carried out a premeditated `ttack In court,
:02:13. > :02:19.their victims' family shoutdd "yes" A mother who spoke to us
:02:20. > :02:25.about her son. He was not an angel,
:02:26. > :02:31.but Isaac was my son. He was always that loveable, cheeky

:04:05. > :04:06.the attack isn't fully known. Some sort of retaliation th`t took a
:04:07. > :04:22.teenager, a talented rapper's life. In court the video was described as
:04:23. > :04:26.a drunken filmed deliberately provocative. The filmed on the

:04:37. > :04:41.been confirmed to anyone. Btt the judge said it was a reminder of the

:06:04. > :06:06.800 families, almost 200 calls have been made to its hotline.

:06:11. > :06:15.He was caught after the grandmother of a patient called the hospital at
:06:16. > :06:18.around the same time Suffolk police raided his house and arrestdd him
:06:19. > :06:23.They passed the investigation to Cambridgeshire.
:06:24. > :06:26.Experts in child abuse say there needs to be a greater awareness
:06:27. > :06:33.It would need a lot more tr`ining and I think all people across all
:06:34. > :06:35.forms of society ` parents, teachers, health care professionals
:06:36. > :06:40.` need more support, they nded more education in grooming, so they can
:06:41. > :06:43.recognise it because quite frankly if we can't recognise
:06:44. > :06:45.the signs of grooming, we cant protect our children.
:06:46. > :06:53.Myles Bradbury's youngest known hospital victim was aged eight.

:07:30. > :07:35.and unsatisfactory and thankfully though it continues to be a rare
:07:36. > :07:40.event. The hospital says th`t Myles Bradbury manipulated the ch`perone
:07:41. > :07:46.system. Are the rules for Shap roaming strict enough? Clearly they
:07:47. > :07:51.are challenging for medical services who have work with children in an
:07:52. > :07:56.intimate way in terms of thdir treatment. But what we have got to
:07:57. > :08:00.do is wait until the serious case review that will be held to see if
:08:01. > :08:05.there is any particular findings that come out in any recommdndations
:08:06. > :08:10.that can be made. The medic`l staff were shocked by his behaviotr. And
:08:11. > :08:14.they were duped by him. So ly initial thoughts are that they are
:08:15. > :08:18.doing everything possible to make sure that children are safeguarded.
:08:19. > :08:23.Is the government working h`rd enough. It seems there no sdt policy
:08:24. > :08:28.with this. It is up to each individual trust. We would hnvite
:08:29. > :08:33.any discussions to be had bdtween government and the hospital trust to
:08:34. > :08:38.ensure that the child protection policies are adequate. How difficult
:08:39. > :08:43.ditz become when you have pdrhaps a teenager, if they don't want a
:08:44. > :08:47.stranger sitting in there whth them, what are you supposed to do as a
:08:48. > :08:52.parent? I think as a parent you have got to talk to your medical staff to
:08:53. > :08:56.make sure that the best tre`tment is available. Obviously, you instill
:08:57. > :08:59.trust in that professional to make sure that if they do have an
:09:00. > :09:08.intimate examination of your child they do so in a safe way. None of
:09:09. > :09:12.those parents I feel sure fdlt Bradbury was a Ras risk to their
:09:13. > :09:18.children. We find these indhviduals are very cunning and clever in how
:09:19. > :09:22.they cover up their tracks. That is the difficulty for a parent, because
:09:23. > :09:27.you do trust the doctor, particularly one who you believe is
:09:28. > :09:32.trying to save your child's life. How you say, sorry I'm not leaving.
:09:33. > :09:37.I'm sure the medical staff hf they have the bell being of your child at
:09:38. > :09:43.heart will listen to your whshes and there no reason why parents should
:09:44. > :09:47.not be present in some of examinations. But when therd is a
:09:48. > :09:51.17`year`old for instance, who is undergoing that type of a mddical
:09:52. > :09:56.examination they may feel embarrassed about their pardnts
:09:57. > :10:02.being present. So I think for the parent they need to make sure that
:10:03. > :10:06.there is a proper system in place in their absence so their child is
:10:07. > :10:14.safeguarded. But the key message that we need to get out is this is a
:10:15. > :10:18.rare vent. Most doctors and practitioners are doing thehr best
:10:19. > :10:22.to safeguard children and if you have any concerns you need to raise
:10:23. > :10:26.that with the health authorhty and if you have concerns about the
:10:27. > :10:33.welfare of your child in anx setting, you can call the NSPCC for
