:04:14. > :04:17.Addenbrooke's it was over 300. At Luton and Dunstable it was 231.
:04:18. > :04:22.Hospitals are fined when patients are made to wait more than 30
:04:23. > :04:24.minutes. These latest figurds suggest the problem needs a new
:04:25. > :04:26.solution. Thank you very much.
:04:27. > :04:29.Next, a ?1 million headache for one parish council in Northamptonshire.
:04:30. > :04:32.A hoard of old munitions and toxic waste has been found

:05:35. > :05:41.That's ?1,000 for every household in the village or to put it another
:05:42. > :05:46.way, ten years of income for the parish council.
:05:47. > :05:48.The council's chair says thd money they're having to spend,
:05:49. > :05:55.We've had to borrow something like ?215,000 to sort out
:05:56. > :05:57.the removal of the mound because of the bombs
:05:58. > :06:02.that have been found, there is a massive increased risk.
:06:03. > :06:05.We have now been given a potential bill of another ?840,000
:06:06. > :06:11.And villagers are clear on who is to blame and
:06:12. > :06:16.My son used to play on that play area.
:06:17. > :06:18.We were totally unaware of what was in that
:06:19. > :06:24.Frankly, because we know of the MoD's involvement
:06:25. > :06:28.in the whole area and it was their waste, they should
:06:29. > :06:35.The cost of this now, you're talking hundreds and hundreds
:06:36. > :06:38.of thousands of pounds and this village at the moment
:06:39. > :06:42.But with no firm answer from the MoD, the weeks roll
:06:43. > :06:44.by and the council gets closer to financial ruin and the mound
:06:45. > :06:52.with its unexploded bombs and asbestos remains.
:06:53. > :07:04.Tonight, the Ministry of Defence has told me
:07:05. > :07:07.it is looking at ways it maybe able to possibly financially
:07:08. > :07:11.calls possible ordnance and removing it if it is fotnd.
