:01:37. > :01:40.I'm arranging a scan for you," the head injury

:01:41. > :01:41.would have been revealed and different treatment

:01:42. > :01:44.would have occurred, resulting in Alex probably

:01:45. > :01:49.saving his eyesight, certainly making it a lot better than it was,

:01:50. > :01:52.and he would have retained the executive brain function which he

:02:55. > :02:57.at her home in Essex Close, 12 days ago.

:02:58. > :03:01.A week later a man's body was found in a wheelie bin outside.

:03:02. > :03:07.A man has been arrested in connection with both deaths.

:03:08. > :03:09.Police are talking to the bus company, Stagecoach after a guided

:04:02. > :04:05.Tonight, as ever, the evening rush hour in Cambridge was busy.

:04:06. > :04:07.Cars crawling along Hills Road as commuters

:04:08. > :04:12.But part of a plan to ease this congestion is set to be abandoned

:04:13. > :04:21.The plan was to close parts of this road as well

:04:22. > :04:24.as five others in and out of Cambridge to traffic during the

:04:25. > :04:27.morning and evening rush hour, in order to make it easier for bikes

:04:28. > :04:32.The proposals were met with vociferous opposition.

:04:33. > :04:35.Protests were held, and more than 10,000 people

:04:36. > :04:42.And now the council is thinking again.

:04:43. > :04:45.The proposal to put six points at different places was going to

:04:46. > :04:49.restrict traffic to too great an extent,

:04:53. > :04:53.who are doing deliveries and residents living

:04:54. > :04:57.within the city centre that we have to look again at those proposals

:04:58. > :05:00.and make sure that what we come back with next time is a practical

:05:21. > :05:23.them, we are having to come in right round

:05:24. > :05:28.When we met up again today he was pleased that the council

:05:29. > :05:35.I won't take it as written in stone until it

:05:36. > :05:40.But, yeah, it is a very positive reaction and it shows

:05:41. > :05:45.10,000 people on a petition, many business owners.

:05:46. > :05:47.It is good they are paying attention.

:05:48. > :05:50.Councillors still plan to go ahead with other parts of the City Deal,

:05:51. > :05:56.including introducing a tax on parking at offices

:05:57. > :06:01.and redesigning roads to make them better for bikes and buses.

:06:02. > :06:04.But, for the time being at least, traffic will be allowed to

:06:31. > :06:33.She lived on the Northamptonshire estate until 1992 when

:06:59. > :07:09.Just a few showers feeding in from the north-east from time to time but

:07:10. > :07:15.much of the day should be dry. Highs of 13 or 14. On Sunday mist and fog

:07:16. > :07:18.will be more extensive and it could be locally dense and cause

:07:19. > :07:21.disruption to channel -- travel first thing. It will eventually

:07:22. > :07:26.clear on the global break-up. Much of the day will be dry and

:07:27. > :07:30.temperatures fairly similar at 12 or 13. All change on Monday with cloud

:07:31. > :07:33.thickening. Patchy rain spreading further south. More detail with the

:07:58. > :07:59.spells of sunshine. It was glorious in the Shetland aisles this

:08:00. > :08:08.afternoon and down towards Cornwall as well. As for the weekend, it

:08:09. > :08:10.could start off on a chilly note with some patchy fog and frost, but

:08:11. > :08:13.then hopefully we should see some sunny spells coming through. The

:08:14. > :08:17.showers always likely to be out towards the east. The showers

:08:18. > :08:20.continuing this evening and overnight. Further west under

:08:21. > :08:24.clearer skies yet again, we could see the temperatures falling away

:08:25. > :08:25.and we could see some patchy fog which may well be
