:01:14. > :01:19.The prosecution claimed on the day of Helen's disappearance
:01:20. > :01:22.last April, Ian Stewart probably suffocated her while she was sedated

:01:33. > :01:35.cesspit below, the jury were told, along with her beloved dog Boris,
:01:36. > :01:38.Later that afternoon Ian Stewart accessed
:01:39. > :01:50.her bank account and transferred ?4,000 to his.
:01:51. > :01:52.Four days later Ian Stewart reported his partner as missing.
:01:53. > :01:55.He told police she had left a note indicating she wanted some
:01:56. > :02:02.As you can imagine, this has been a very difficult time for our
:02:03. > :02:05.family and as more time passes since she was last seen, the more
:02:06. > :02:08.Helen Bailey was the author of several
:02:09. > :02:12.After her first husband died suddenly while
:02:13. > :02:17.they were on holiday she started writing about grief.
:02:18. > :02:21.My husband died in an accident in Barbados in February in 2011.
:02:22. > :02:24.When I got back to the UK I tried to write about it.
:02:25. > :02:26.I'm a professional writer and I found I
:02:27. > :02:32.It was not until July that Helen's body was found
:02:33. > :02:36.Forensic analysis of her hair revealed she had been
:02:37. > :02:42.Ian Stewart is charged with murder, preventing the legal burial of her
:02:43. > :02:44.body, fraud and preventing the cause of justice.
:02:45. > :02:51.After Helen disappeared, Ian Stewart carried
:02:52. > :02:58.and made an appeal for her to return home.
:02:59. > :03:00.He is also charged with perverting the course of justice for
:03:01. > :03:05.what the prosecution described as the "charade" of deceiving
:03:06. > :03:06.the police and the local community, who were
:03:07. > :03:08.all out looking for the missing author.

:07:53. > :07:54.not be so concerned about immigration?
:07:55. > :07:56.I think sometimes there are issues with shortage
:07:57. > :07:58.of services in which people are unfairly blamed.
:07:59. > :08:02.It is generally accepted fears caused by the pressures of
:08:03. > :08:08.immigration were the reasons for the large Brexit vote here.
:08:09. > :08:11.The Leave campaign said the plan is to limit numbers.
:08:12. > :08:14.Mr Corbyn said more support for local councils is the answer.
