:00:10. > :00:12.Hamerton Park Zoo in Cambridgeshire has confirmed that a female

:00:13. > :00:16.zookeeper was killed in what's been described as a "freak

:00:17. > :00:22.Police were called to the zoo, near Huntingdon, this

:00:23. > :00:25.morning to reports of a "very serious incident".

:00:26. > :00:29.The incident is not believed to be suspicious.

:00:30. > :00:33.As one of the zoo's tigers paces along its enclosure fence,

:00:34. > :00:36.investigators were briefed on the events surrounding

:00:37. > :00:38.what unfolded in this part of the park just hours earlier.

:00:39. > :00:41.The Magpas air ambulance landed at Hamerton Zoo just

:00:42. > :00:47.East of England Ambulance paramedics were also there,

:00:48. > :00:51.along with Cambridgeshire Police and forensic teams.

:00:52. > :00:54.As the park was evacuated, eyewitnesses spoke of an attack

:00:55. > :01:00.By early evening, two staff members, too upset to speak, handed

:01:01. > :01:03.a statement to the waiting media in which they spoke of the incident

:01:04. > :01:06.as a freak accident and expressed their sympathies for the victim's

:01:07. > :01:16.Police said that a tiger had entered enclosure with a keeper and that,

:01:17. > :01:18.sadly, the female zookeeper had died at the scene.

:01:19. > :01:20.Hamerton is home to a number of big cats.

:01:28. > :01:31.It has kept the animals since 2001, when it acquired its first pair

:01:32. > :01:39.It has also worked with the Malaysian government to bring

:01:40. > :01:41.over a critically endangered Malaysian tiger.

:01:42. > :01:44.As staff this evening tended the attraction's other animals,

:01:45. > :01:57.the zoo said at no point members of the public at any risk.

:01:58. > :01:59.But, it will be closed tomorrow as investigators try to establish

:02:00. > :02:01.how the femle keeper was fatally attacked.

:02:02. > :02:03.Police in Essex have launched a murder inquiry

:02:04. > :02:06.after a man was found in Harlow with fatal head injuries.

:02:07. > :02:10.Minutes before midnight, a 39-year-old man found

:02:11. > :02:14.inside a parked Volvo here on the Milwards

:02:15. > :02:20.The alarm was raised and police arrived on the scene.

:02:21. > :02:23.The victim, who hasn't yet been named, was rushed

:02:24. > :02:28.to the Princess Alexandra Hospital, where he died early this morning.

:02:29. > :02:32.About one o'clock this morning, the police turned up, ambulances,

:02:33. > :02:37.They cordoned off the entire area, so that bit down there,

:02:38. > :02:40.was all taped off, the bottom of Milwards was all

:02:41. > :02:43.That's when I realised there was something going on.

:02:44. > :02:45.Detectives say they are unclear on the events that

:02:46. > :02:50.If anybody heard anything shortly before midnight

:02:51. > :02:54.and the period just before, then please contact Essex Police

:02:55. > :02:59.Three men, who were aged 24, 35 and 40, have all been arrested

:04:21. > :04:25.He just said, "Mum I've just done with anybody else

:04:26. > :04:28.And I went, "I don't think so, Chris.

:04:29. > :04:33."I think you did something really wonderful and you need to

:04:34. > :04:36.Many have been moved by Chris Parker's actions.

:04:37. > :04:39.More than ?50,000 has been raised through an

:04:40. > :04:42.online campaign to help the man who helped others.

:04:43. > :04:46.Jessica has told her son she doesn't want a penny, but

:04:47. > :04:50.does want him to get good advice and help how to spend it.

:04:51. > :04:53.Today, it's just beginning to hit home a little bit

:04:54. > :04:58.as to what I can do from here for him and to process that

:04:59. > :05:04.You know, and he's going to be all right.

:05:05. > :05:06.He's going to be all right, I know he is.

:05:07. > :05:09.For now, it's small steps taken carefully

:05:10. > :05:13.She is planning to visit him next weekend.

:06:05. > :06:07.These were not spectators to life, they were warriors that climbed

:06:08. > :06:11.into the arena and chose to live a life of value, a life of service.

:06:12. > :06:15.They were willing to fight and die for freedom,

:06:16. > :06:17.for the values both our nations share and for each other.

:06:18. > :06:20.I do want to acknowledge the difficult week our British

:06:21. > :06:23.allies have had and, although not nearly sufficient,

:06:24. > :06:29.please know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers.

:06:30. > :06:34.More than 8,000 men and women are commemorated here

:06:35. > :06:38.and for this year's ceremony, a new poignant touch.
