:00:50. > :00:55.April Oliver, who's a personal trainer in Norfolk, has been talking
:00:56. > :00:58.about her relationship with the airman, who's been missing
:00:59. > :01:02.She discovered she was pregnant just a couple of weeks
:01:03. > :01:06.We'll hear from her, and from Corrie's mother,
:01:07. > :01:13.She's always wanted to be a mother, but looking at the scan
:01:14. > :01:16.of her and Corrie Mckeague's unborn child, April Oliver wishes
:01:17. > :01:19.the circumstances could have been different.
:01:20. > :01:21.Their baby is due late spring, early summer.
:01:22. > :01:24.The 21-year-old personal trainer, who lives in West Norfolk,
:01:25. > :01:28.first met Corrie on an online dating website last summer.
:01:29. > :01:31.She only discovered she was pregnant a fortnight after
:01:32. > :01:35.You know when the lady showed its foot?
:01:36. > :01:38.Yes. That was really, really good.
:01:39. > :01:44.Corrie's mother, Nicola Urquhart, and April's parents have known
:01:45. > :01:47.about the pregnancy since the outset and are supporting her.
:01:48. > :01:49.Corrie, who was based at RAF Honington in Suffolk,
:01:50. > :01:53.was last caught on CCTV in the early hours of Saturday 24 September
:01:54. > :02:00.The 23-year-old had been enjoying a night out with friends before
:02:01. > :02:03.he left this nightclub alone in the early hours.
:02:04. > :02:07.After entering an area behind some shops, he disappeared.
:02:08. > :02:13.As this home video shows, Corrie Mckeague is an extrovert
:02:14. > :02:16.and happy to perform for both family and friends.
:02:17. > :02:20.His family say he would talk to anyone.
:02:21. > :02:23.Every week Nicola flies to Suffolk from Scotland to coordinate
:02:24. > :02:30.Last week she brought in a team of private
:02:31. > :02:34.Preparations are in place for the birth of Corrie and April's baby.
:02:35. > :02:37.April now hopes for some personal privacy for her and her baby's
:02:38. > :02:39.health, both families now determined that efforts are now
:02:40. > :02:49.focused on finding Corrie, this unborn baby's father.
:02:50. > :02:52.Earlier today, Susie Fowler-Watt sat down with April Oliver
:02:53. > :02:57.Corrie's mother Nicola Urquhart was there too.
:02:58. > :03:01.They invited the Look East cameras along now so that April can focus
:03:02. > :03:04.on her unborn baby for the rest of her pregnancy.
:03:05. > :03:12.April started by talking about her relationship with Corrie.
:03:13. > :03:16.We started seeing each other, and it was quite casual.
:03:17. > :03:20.We were both seeing other people at the time, and then we led
:03:21. > :03:24.on to have conversations whereby we thought it was getting serious,
:03:25. > :03:28.and what we were going to do and what plans we had.
:03:29. > :03:35.So, yes, we were sort of getting on our way to being just us
:03:36. > :03:38.and happy and seeing what we wanted out of each other.
:03:39. > :03:41.We'd had conversations about children and what
:03:42. > :03:48.It was something I hoped he would be here to help me make
:03:49. > :03:54.And you say you've had to go through it alone -
:03:55. > :03:59.did you have any doubts about whether you wanted to keep the baby?
:04:00. > :04:02.There is the element of, what if he did not come back,
:04:03. > :04:07.Again I had to think about it and take a sensible approach.
:04:08. > :04:10.Being a mum is something I've always wanted to be,
:04:11. > :04:18.right from when I was younger, but it is just
:04:19. > :04:28.And you're still hopeful Corrie will come home?
:04:29. > :04:32.There's nothing I would love more, is for him to walk through the door
:04:33. > :04:38.Yes, I would probably cry, that would be the first thing.
:04:39. > :04:41.But my only concern is getting him home and how we can
:04:42. > :04:49.And, Nicola, for you, this is another twist in
:04:50. > :05:06.I've known from the beginning, but April is 21,
:05:07. > :05:15.she's pregnant and there are exceptional circumstances behind it,
:05:16. > :05:18.so it is something that somebody would normally want to keep quiet
:05:19. > :05:22.but that's only thing she's had to deal with just now.
:05:23. > :05:25.We have been trying to keep it quiet -
:05:26. > :05:28.hopefully by doing this it will draw a line under it and April
:05:29. > :05:31.to get the chance to try and enjoy her pregnancy as best
:05:32. > :05:32.she can, but safely, without any additional stress.
:05:33. > :05:34.And this will be your first grandchild.
:05:35. > :05:37.It should be a joyous occasion for you.
:05:38. > :05:41.I was at the scan with April the other day
:05:42. > :05:45.and I don't think any one could see that and not be affected by it.
:05:46. > :05:47.But it is incredibly difficult to bounce my head,
:05:48. > :05:50.as it is for April as well, from the excitement of a new baby
:05:51. > :05:53.to what we are actually trying to focus on just now,
:05:54. > :06:07.This is a difficult thing to think about,
:06:08. > :06:12.but I guess, potentially, you're looking at the possibility of having
:06:13. > :06:21.It is something all of us are thinking about, but again, as I've
:06:22. > :06:25.said so many times before, I won't accept Corrie isn't coming back
:06:26. > :06:32.It's not constructive - it doesn't help me find him.
:06:33. > :06:36.While we have no news, they're still the chance he could come back,
:06:37. > :06:38.so I will just keep thinking that way.

:06:58. > :06:59.a prisoner who was under observation electrocuted himself with wires
:07:00. > :07:04.25-year-old Dean Saunders died a year ago at Chelmsford Prison.
:07:05. > :07:08.The inquest heard his electrocution was only the third recorded
:07:09. > :07:12.in a prison in England and Wales since records began.
:07:13. > :07:14.Dean Saunders' parents, Mark and Donna,
:07:15. > :07:17.arriving at the coroner's court in Chelmsford this morning.
:07:18. > :07:20.Mark Saunders gave evidence today and, his voice breaking
:07:21. > :07:23.with emotion, he said he believed his son had
:07:24. > :07:27.This inquest is expected to last at least a week.
:07:28. > :07:29.The evidence is being heard by a jury.
:07:30. > :07:31.Caroline Beasley-Murray, the senior coroner,
:07:32. > :07:34.told them, we will be looking into whether the state authorities
:07:35. > :07:37.did or did not do everything they could to prevent

:08:05. > :08:09.His family say signs he was acutely mentally ill were ignored,
:08:10. > :08:11.and they say he should have been under constant supervision
:08:12. > :08:15.Instead, an officer checked on him every half an hour.
:08:16. > :08:17.Dean's partner said a nurse at the prison had assured
:08:18. > :08:22.She told the jury Dean was never given the opportunity to get help.
:08:23. > :08:30.A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman was found
:08:31. > :08:34.The woman in her 20s, named locally as Kerri McAuley,
:08:35. > :08:38.was found at Southalls Way in the City late last night.
